Figma Education Access Still Locked After Student Verification

Hello Figma Education Team,

I am having an issue with my Figma Education access. My Education benefits have expired, and I submitted a new application to verify my student status.

I uploaded my student document successfully and received a confirmation stating that my document was under review. However, my access is still locked, and I have not received any update.

I have also contacted SheerID support, but the issue remains unresolved.

Could you please check my account and help me restore my Figma Education access? If this issue needs to be resolved by SheerID, I would appreciate your guidance on the next steps.

    Could you confirm whether you contacted SheerID at figmasupport@sheerid.com? If you haven’t, please reach out to this dedicated support address for Figma users. Education verification and document reviews are handled by SheerID, so their team can check your verification status and confirm whether anything else is needed.

    When contacting them, I’d recommend including the school-issued email address associated with your Figma account and when you submitted your documents. These details should help their team look into the delay.

    I hope they’re able to help you move forward with the process soon. Please let us know if you run into any issues reaching their team, and thanks for your patience in the meantime!

    Yes, I have already contacted SheerID at figmasupport@sheerid.com and submitted a support request through their contact form. However, I have not received a response yet, and my Figma Education access is still locked.

    I uploaded my student document successfully and received confirmation that it was under review. It has now been several days, but my verification status has not changed.

    Could you please help escalate this issue or advise me on how to proceed if SheerID does not respond? I would really appreciate your help in restoring my Education access.

    Could you let us know when you contacted SheerID? You should typically hear back from their team within 5 business days of submitting your support request.

    If it’s already been more than 5 business days, please let us know so we can look into the next steps.

    I contacted SheerID on October 23, 2026, through their support contact form and also received an acknowledgment email.

    SheerID has since replied to my request and confirmed that my Figma Education verification was approved on December 30, 2025, and that no further verification is required at this time.

    However, my Figma Education access is still locked, despite this existing approval.

    Could you please advise on the next steps or help resolve this issue?
