Even after paying for a full seat as well as a collaboration seat recently because I ran out of AI CREDIT, I'm still unable to make any updates or work with Figma for my portfolio. Something wrong is happening. The Figma is throwing this error srid_G9FGV5VPE1YKS31P75P66WDXK please see what to do and fix it ASAP.

To help us understand the problem, please can you answer the following:

Can you describe the specific problem(s) you’re having when trying to work in your file? Is the agent not working at all? Are you unable to edit things on the canvas? Have you run out of credits quicker than expected?
Can you describe what happened with the prompt that you shared the SRID for?
Is this affecting one file, or multiple files?
Is this in Figma Design? Is this the browser or desktop version?
Where are the seats you’ve described assigned? Are they both in the same team to the same user?

Once you’ve answered these we can look into this further for you.

I ran out of AI credits so I tried to take few measures to continue working without halt.

1) Got myself a collab seat on another ID so I get 500 credits to continue working - However when I tried editing on Figma Make using that ID, I was unable to edit and Figma prompted me that to Edit I need to ask permission to get full seat.
2) So I also bought a full seat to resolve this immediately.

However even after having both of these options available to me, Figma make is continuing to throw the same error and not taking any commands - it only shows error message with: srid_RCG7T5MBZ6G4DC4CBHQKBV2PA every single time as I prompt it.
A little brief about the prompt I gave: I used manual edit to make changes to a proposed design eg. change in text and adding images manually by upload. I prompted figma make to “apply” these changes and update the design. However it shows me the above mentioned error again and again.

So I bought “EXTRA CREDITS” assuming it might be an AI credits getting exhausted issue.

So by this time, I’ve paid for 3 things still unable to Edit on Figma Make.
This is affecting FIGMA make files on Desktop version.
The seats are assigned to the same new email id which I added to the team.
