Video's not playing in Prototype

Hi, 

I am currently experiencing multiple videos not being able to auto play. Multiple people who are within the same organisation are having this issue. I have reinserted the media and also made sure my wifi is extremely fast. This hasn't solved the problem. 

If anyone has had a similar issue/ if this could be fixed that would be great.
