Education Domain Review Pending - Ticket #2220082

Hello Figma Community Team,

I am an educator at the Ministry of Education in Egypt, and I am trying to verify my account ([Removed by moderator - 2026/10/24]) for the Figma Education plan.

Our institutional domain (dakahlia2.moe.edu.eg) is currently not recognized by the automated system, so I submitted a domain review form and successfully opened a support ticket (#2220082). I have also replied to the ticket attaching my official Ministry of Education status report to assist with manual verification.

Could someone please help look into this ticket or assist with the domain verification so I can start using Figma with my students?
