Refund request — accidental renewal of Professional plan

Hello,

I'm the admin of team "1" (account (redacted by the moderator due to PII). The Professional plan on this team was renewed automatically on October 23, 2026 for $20 (1 Full seat), although I no longer use the paid features: the team has one paid seat and all other members are on free View seats. I've cancelled the plan today, October 27.

Could you please refund the charge from October 23, 2026, as an accidental renewal? Thank you.
