I’m using the desktop app on Windows 11 and the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + D has stopped working. I can’t actually remember if the right click menu previously had that option listed but I can’t see it there anymore.I’ve cleared the cache and restarted but it’s still missing.

Hello, I accidentally chose annual plan instead of month, bc of the page refreshing. There were no any windows with proceeding or smth. I want to refund my subscription, it’s occured an hour ago.I’d also like to share some feedback on the checkout page. The toggle between annual and monthly billing sits in the upper right corner, far from the payment button, so it’s easy to miss. I only intended to subscribe monthly, and seeing a charge of over $200 all at once was a real surprise. Placing the billing options directly above the payment button would help others avoid the same mistake.Thank you for your help.

I don't know why, like Figma make is complicated. I didn't upgrade for any seat or anything like for professional. But you just charged me for $16. And When I want to see the bill or the information to make sure what happened. It's so difficult to check. Even I want to cancel my credit card. And so such difficult to find. I come back to check again. Maybe something I do wrong, maybe I upgrade thing. Tonight the undo and redo buttons disappeared on the ipad figma app when using fig jam. Both me and my student experienced the same thing so I think it is a bug. The buttons were present within the last 24 hours but are now gone.

Sometime between October 9th, 2026 and October 12th, 2026 a change has occurred across all of my multiple page workflows where I used to be able to select the page I wanted to view and go straight to that page. As of October 12th, that list is no longer populated with page names. I now have to manually type in the page name to navigate to that page outside of the normal workflow navigation. This slows the process down greatly.In the following screenshot the “Address bar” is selected but not presenting a dropdown of the ~20 pages in the workflow. When I access my files that are public when not logged in, then the easy page selection navigation is present once again. Is there a setting that I can adjust to make that dropdown viewable once again?

There is a critical rendering inconsistency between the Sidebar (Pages/Layers panel), the Canvas (Frame titles), and the text editing mode.Here is the exact behavior:1. Without any modifiers, the emoji renders incorrectly as an empty, monochrome text font glyph (Inter) BOTH on the Canvas and in the Sidebar. Hi, Sometimes annotations don’t get saved but simply disappear.It often seems to happen in this order: writing annotation - selecting category - enter.So when clicking enter while the focus is not in the text field of the annotation… I started to copy the written text before leaving the annotation, so I don’t have to rewrite everything again, which is very unpleasant- especially in meetings. 

I have a component for a quote box with two variables (large and small). The quote text box has a text property applied (so that if I change the copy, it stays the same when I switch between variants). I did have the text in the large one set to a larger text style than the small one. But now, when I try to edit the text, it changes the text styles in both versions to match. I want to be able to have the text that is in them linked, but not the text style.This has been an issue since the latest update.

As recently as last week I could bring in a screenshot and ask the lil frame bot to “recreate this in figma” and it would build a new frame with components, text, images etc. Now it just edits the image itself, and tries to make it look like it’s being edited in figma 😂 The old functionality was so nice! I’m sad to have lost it.

I work at a consulting firm, so there are a lot of different projects happening at the same time, along with many completed ones. I also work on multiple projects simultaneously.Right now I'm on a team with a lot of projects, and I need to switch between them several times a day.Earlier, it was very easy to open the latest files right from the preview and quickly scan through entire projects, since each project has a unique thumbnail style. Now the same task takes me much longer and requires more clicks. I have to open the folder first and then choose the file, whereas before I could open a file directly from the preview itself. It was easy to navigate and open recent files, fast and simple.Even when I needed to find a file that wasn't visible in the preview, it was still much easier to navigate.Please bring back the preview exactly as it was, or add an option in the settings or preferences to enable folder previews.

Hi there. Since this morning I've had a problem with font weights in Figma. When I edit the text in a layer, the weight changes on its own, but the weight shown in the right-hand panel (the specs) doesn't update to match. So the displayed weight and the actual rendered weight are out of sync.It started this morning with no changes on my end (no plugin updates, no font reinstalls that I'm aware of). I design my emails in Figma and then chop them up using slices. I created a Claude skill that automatically exports Figma elements to Klaviyo, specifically these slices. Everything is working well EXCEPT - slices for some reason do not include any Figma images elements. which means no background images, no logos, product images, nothing. If i export manually it works okay.I noticed that if I export frames however, it works as intended but switching to frames is not an option for now.Figma team, please fix MCP or API so that when exporting slices via Claude MCP it includes images as well.
