Report a Problem

My Figma files are stuck in prototype view mode and my Figjam is stuck on a blue screen. I am unable to edit or see any projects. (this is only an issue on my desktop, I am able to see them while on my iphone 12 mini) I don't seem to have the buttons for getting out of prototype mode, zooming out doesn't locate the work, and escape doesn't exit the viewer mode. Help!

Hi,Many of my students from ROC Nijmegen, Mediadesign are not getting approval for their Figma Education (student) accounts.As a teacher, my own Education account was approved without any issues. Hi Figma team, I’m an admin/member of the ExtremeSneakList team and we’re currently blocked from editing a critical Figma file (ESL Shop). The file is locked and owned by a former collaborator who is no longer responsive or available. At the moment, all current team members only have view access, which is preventing ongoing development work. I’ve already attempted to contact the original owner directly to request an ownership transfer, but have not received a response. This file was created for our business and is required for active product development. I’m requesting guidance or assistance on transferring ownership to the ExtremeSneakList team or unlocking the file so it can be duplicated and maintained by our organization. I’m happy to provide the file link, screenshots, and proof of ownership/administration of the team if need

I know there is a waiting period for a response, but I have a rather urgent project due on 28 December 2025.Please manually reset my verification status so I can submit my documents and continue using Figma for my studies.

Hello Figma Team,I received a design created in Figma (partly with the help of AI), but I currently only have view access to it.I would like to fully edit the design and download all assets, including layers as well as SVG and PNG files.My questions are: What do I need to do to obtain edit access instead of view-only access? Is a specific subscription plan required for this? How can I ensure that all layers and SVG/PNG assets are fully exportable? If the design was generated using AI, are there any additional steps required to gain full editing and export rights? I previously used AI to generate a prototype once. However, I didn’t save it on the page of the generated prototype, and when I clicked the back button in the browser, I was taken back to the homepage. Then, when I tried clicking the Design button again, it prompted me with "Failed to fetch".

When generating an image, even if I specify the frame size or image quality in the request itself, the image quality is poor, and the frame size is greatly reduced. How can I fix this?

Are there humans on the other side of Support?  I sent in a ticket but haven't heard back anything and my team is dead in the water.I upgraded my Professional account to Organization yesterday paying the $1400.  Immediately after the upgrade went through, something broke in my account and my Supabase project seems to been disconnected.  First it threw a Supabase error and told me to fix config.  When I went into config is says the project is deleted.  I’ve confirmed the project is in fact not deleted on the Supabase side but it seems the linkage between the projects is broken.I’m unable to create re-link it from the Figma side as it won’t allow me to fix or create a new Supabase linkage.  Seems like the upgrade scrambled an id somewhere and broke a table.  Can someone fix this please?  I paid for an upgrade and instead got my project progress halted.Ticket# 1643042

I tried Figma Dev Mode MCP server with GeminiCLI. Seems that the get_image Funktion can be called but Gemini reports an issue with saving the fileDo you know if it is a Figma Dev Mode MCP server issue or a Gemini CLI issue?

The seat was removed within a few hours once I noticed the billing change, and it wasn’t intentionally used for ongoing collaboration.I no longer have access to the original workspace to manage billing, but the invoice is still associated with this email.I understand Figma’s non-refundable policy, but I was hoping this could be reviewed for a one-time courtesy adjustment given the brief and unintentional nature of the seat usage.If needed, I’m happy to provide approximate invoice dates or other details to help locate the charge.Thank you for your time and help.

Hello Figma Support Team,I am writing to formally request a comprehensive review of a billing and access issue related to my Figma subscription.I was charged a total of USD 36.00, which includes prorated adjustments during the billing period from Nov 19 to Dec 19, 2025, related to a seat change between Professional Dev and Professional Full.I would like to clarify several key concerns: My Professional Dev seat was already charged USD 15.00 on Nov 19. Since the price difference between a Professional Dev seat (USD 15) and a Professional Full seat (USD 20) is only USD 5, I reasonably expected any mid-cycle upgrade charge to reflect only this difference on a prorated basis. I'm experiencing a problem with the font size not rendering as expected.

When using Type on Path text, the Type Settings panel does not include OpenType features like stylistic alternates.  

I have been using the Figma Make AI from 5th September 2025 and used it for few days like till 14th September 2025 or so, But now it shows that the credits will refresh at 1st October 2025. I thought there is only daily limit of how many prompts you can make per day, not how many days you can use in month as well. My project is been on hold since my Credits haven’t been refreshed yet.

Yes I know this topic has been raised before, but I would like to raise it again, since it is breaking the core interaction in my design system. Is Figma even aware of this issue? Since the last discussion about it is ~2years ago, and this issue still exists. Steps: Create a Button component set with 2 variants: Default, On Press Add interactions in the variant: “Default” → While pressing → Change to “On Press” Insert an instance of the “Default” button into a new Frame Add interactions to the button: On Click → Open overlay. Check the “Close when clicking outside” box. Test the prototype Results When you click the button, the button change to “On Press”, the overlay opens, but when clicking outside the overlay to close it, the button does not reset back to “Default”. Expected: The button should reset to “Default”.

I’m on an Education plan, team admin, but my seat is locked and I can’t assign a Full seat. I need Full seat access to publish a team library for Figma Make.
