Unable to use figma make i have a full seat paln but it showing now a ai credit limit but when i go in credit section it show no enforcement of credit limit on full seats. i have two more account with same plan they are working well but this account show ai credit limit and am unable to use figma make 

When running a prototype in the Figma design file, the prototype sometimes launches from unrelated pages instead of the intended starting frame.Steps to reproduce: Open the Figma design file. Click Present / Play Prototype. Expect the prototype to start from the configured starting frame. Actual result:Instead of starting from the intended frame, the prototype repeatedly opens the same two unrelated pages/frames. The correct prototype flow cannot be accessed while this occurs.Expected result:The prototype should launch from the defined starting frame and follow the configured interactions.Workaround:Closing the file and reopening it temporarily resolves the issue, after which the prototype behaves normally. However, the issue reappears intermittently during later sessions.

I’m on an Education plan, team admin, but my seat is locked and I can’t assign a Full seat. I need Full seat access to publish a team library for Figma Make. 

My setup: Figma components (some with nested components) defined centrally in shared library filefigma component fonts set to font styles defined in same shared library, some of which are driven by figma variables defined in same shared library.  Others are not, so the variables themselves do not seem to be a prerequisite for the figma bug.Page layout file uses components from shared library, which appear correctly with their fonts and styles when first added from Assets. Intermittently, we are finding that multiple figma users in our same company are seeing different font values from one another when selecting the exact same text layer.It is not clear if this is a factor of users opening/closing the file and fonts getting substituted or just a bug with nested components and/or shared library font styles.  The problem is so sporadic I have yet to be able to fix or resolve.Being unable to rely on figma to communicate the sam

So I find that i am constantly losing slides due to super easy delete slide action (just clicking on delete or backspace will remove a whole slide when nothing is selected)compared to any other slides editor this is a problem I found only on Figma slides. what do you guys think? anyone else is having the same issue? 

My MCP will disconnect when I switch tab in figma Mac Client.

Hey Figma Community, I have been working on a big project, and creating it using Figma Make; with the full professional seat. there are a total of 1809 versions created on it right now, but I am stuck with this “Too many prompts, try again soon” message, in every figma make file, either creating from scratch or the same file. What could be the potential fix for this? Hi there! I’ve been loving the new annotations feature, but have been experiencing an issue with it over the past couple of days. When I’m looking through my designs and try to zoom in, all of the annotations disappear before I can get close enough to see what they’re attached to. Has anyone else experienced this?

I’m updating a shared design library to add slots. I previously had placeholder “slots” that I’m now replacing with the new/actual slots feature. When I replace the placeholder with a slot, the publishing menu is not triggering a change to enable me to publish the library updates.I’ve tried changing other parts of the same component to trigger a change (e.g., add new lines of text, change font size/weight), but nothing seems to trigger a change. I made updates to another component in the library and it did trigger a change, however, my previous changes are not reflected in this update, so I still cannot publish the slot changes I made (which is my goal). I’ve tried reloading tabs multiple times as well, but nada.See video for more context:   

I have a Figma Make prototype that keeps freezing in Figma Make. It loads but when you start clicking things won’t work in the Mac app or the Browser. But the published version works fine in the browser. I also keep getting the same 3 warnings and the Fix for me button over and over. I checked the console log in the browser and it mentioned something about too many react calls being loggedI put the console results into Make and had it look at them and this is what it returned Here's what's happening and the recommended solution:The Statsig library (used by Figma internally for analytics) is stuck in an infinite retry loop because it can't initialize properly in the Figma Make preview environment. Every second it logs "Statsig is not ready to log exposures, will retry in 1 seconds" and queues another retry, eventually creating thousands of pending callbacks that lock up the browser.Immediate workaround:

I set my Figma Make prototype's root container to background: transparent and confirmed it looks transparent in the Make editor. However, when I embed it into a Figma design frame, the background renders as white instead of transparent. Is this a known bug or am I missing something? 

When using an element as a pattern source, the pattern currently doesn’t respond to variables applied to that source - for example, if the source element uses color variables that switch between light and dark mode, the pattern doesn’t update when the consuming frame changes modes. It seems the pattern references only the visible state of the source rather than the variable-driven values.It would be great if patterns could follow the variables applied to their source, so that they update correctly with light and dark modes.

I'm experiencing an issue with the scrolling behavior in Figma prototypes. Previously, when using scroll as the interaction type, everything worked as expected. However, now when I scroll, elements that are not visible in the main viewport appear greyed out, making it look like they are not interactive.Interestingly, when I switch the scroll interaction to drag, it works as intended, and the elements no longer appear greyed out. Steps to reproduce: I created a frame with scrollable content. I enabled the scroll interaction for the frame. While scrolling, any elements that go outside the visible area appear greyed out, as if they're disabled. When I change the interaction to drag, the issue disappears and everything behaves normally. What I’ve tried:

My verification is done with SheeIDBut I don’t see an option to get the education plan, and I am still on the free plan still. I want to use figma pro as a student, but due to this I am unable to do so, help me find the solution. I don’t know where to go after the verification is done.  Dear Figma Support,I am encountering an error in Figma Make stating that my project is too large and suggesting I delete some files. The Request ID for this issue is: 8bcd0d77-5d9b-4902-850a-a1c432693ae1.The problem is that I cannot simply delete files, as doing so would break the completeness and functionality of my project. I need to keep all components and connections intact.Could you please advise on alternative solutions? The new copy link dropdown in the share window copies links without the proper file ID like https://www.figma.com/slides/null when it’s opened from the project and not within the file itself. 

I've tried upgrading my figma plan to pro many times, but it always gives me an error message: "Sorry, we couldn't save your payment method." Respond in FIgma
