Still no access to UI3

I can’t seem to get access to UI3. I tried quitting and restarting. Checked for updates (it was updated). Yet, when I go to the helper, it says I’m on the latest version, with no option to update. Please help. Thank you!

Seems like you already use UI3. Can you share a full screenshot of your interface?

If I remember correctly, UI3 should not look like this. The panels are floating and has rounded corners right?

Floating panels were removed from UI3 a few months ago. Your screenshot shows how it looks like now.
