Prototypes not clickable on Microsoft Edge

I was conducting a usability test using a Figma prototype. It was a remote session on teams, so I sent the link to the participant and they opened the prototype in Microsoft Edge.

The prototype loaded, however the participant was not able to click on any of the interactive buttons, it just wouldn’t work.

I think tried on Chrome and it was fine. Can some help me troubleshoot the issue with Edge?

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out and our apology for the late response.

Could you please check the following:

  1. Make sure that the user is running the supported version of Microsoft Edge (version 121 or later).
Note: To use Figma on Microsoft Edge, ensure that the Strict mode privacy setting is disabled for Figma.com. You can find more details in Microsoft's help center.

  2. Check if any add-ons, such as ad blockers, might be affecting the display. If so, please try disabling them.

If the issue persists, please try the additional troubleshooting steps outlined here:
https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039827194-What-are-the-system-requirements-for-Figma

I hope this helps! If the user continues to experience problems, please submit a bug report detailing the steps that led to this issue using the following link:

Thanks!

Toku
