I was editing my slides, and it suddenly went 

“Something went wrong

Our team is looking into it now. If refreshing the page doesn't work, check our status page for updates.”

I tried clear cache, using another computer, login/out, using a collaborator account,copy& past, restore old version, all of them didn’t work. What should I do? Is it possible that I will lose it forever?

Thanks for reaching out. I checked our internal system, and it doesn’t seems there wasn’t any downtime. 

 

If you receive a Something went wrong message or Error 404, it's typically caused by an issue with file permissions and your level of access to that file.  There are troubleshooting steps in the help center article, so could you check?
