I have designed a website in Figma Sites. But after publishing I found that some images are not displayed, only black squares. The problem is only on mobile browsers (Chrome and Safari). In addition, if I minimize and maximize the browser a couple of times, the image will appear, but only the one that was in the visibility zone.There is a feeling that this is a bug, some kind of optimization that should have displayed the image only when viewing.Help me find a solution!Website — joycast.ai.  

The typography is automaticly resized troughout the whole Figma document witouth me doing something. I think this is a veryproblometic. Every font now needs to be edited manually. 

The figmotion plugin doesn`t open, it takes a long time to load ant then it says this:Does anyone know what to do with this? Please tell me

I have been using Figma Make to design my portfolio which was going great. Things I got done - Created a homepage  Added Interactions  Defined a visual design language As I am proceeding to drilled down pages further, I have noticed a few things : The images that were added previously are deleted / replaced by new ones - despite specific instructions to not do it.  Slow speed : I also noticed that the typing speed of prompts slowed down as I proceeded further - cross-checked if it was a computer issue (which it wasn’t)  It’s forgetting things! with every prompt & design updates, it’s now deleting the previous content + pictures :( all the hard work seems to be going in vain and I’m not afraid to touch the project in fear of disrupting the progress so far Can someone help me? Also, what’s the memory capacity of Figma Make? I noticed it was using Calude Sonnet so, assumed it should have been good. Am I missing something here? 

i need help, how do i add new collab seats to existing projects if there’s only “can view” or “can edit” permissions?just turned to collab seat some of the people from my team, but then they can’t access projects and create files.i invited them to projects with “can view” permission but they can’t create files.when i switched them to “can edit”, they can create files, but not only figjam, they can create design files as well. 

I’ve been working on some design presentations in figma that could use short video clips to make them more engaging, but editing those videos has been slowing me down. A teammate mentioned this website which makes editing much easier than the usual heavy tools, but I’m still running into problems like keeping consistent quality and style when mixing video with figma exports.Has anyone here figured out a simple workflow for creating and editing short videos that blend seamlessly into design projects without spending hours on post-production?

I am creating a card component with 2 variables one is the “On” state and the other is the “Off” state. In the card component there are child components “Button” and a “toggle”. In the prototype when toggling back and forth between the On/Off states before selecting any of the buttons there is nothing wrong but, if I select anything then toggle off the state of the buttons stays what it was in the previous state. (photo here to show what’s happening)Does anyone know why this could be happening? Is this a bug? or is it the way that I created my components. I will put in the photos of everything. The only thing so far that I have tried that kept the states was changing the names of the buttons on the “Off” state but if you do that then the text overrides don’t carry over.    

I have a component with three states. The second state has an After Delay interaction to the third state. I also have variables for each state, and a currentState variable that records the current state. I implemented an instance of the component on a frame and set it’s state to my currentState variable, which defaults to the first state. I then added a separate button with an On Click interaction that updates currentState to the second state. This successfully updates my component instance state to the second state, but the After Delay interaction on the second state is not automatically moving the component instance to the third state. I’ve tried refreshing, changing the delay time, and more. Any guidance is appreciated.

I am trying to do what seems like a pretty easy task: merging changes in a branch into the main file.Here are my steps:From the branch, I click the dropdown arrow next to the branch name.  Select the option to merge I resolve all conflicts Complete the merge.Expected result:The changes from the branch should appear in the main file.Actual result:They don’t. Nothing happens. Main stays the same, branch stays the same.On top of that, the Figma labeling is confusing. It’s either incorrect/copy errors that are confusing, or I am legitimately not doing this correctly.For example, then the merge modal is up, the title of the modal reads “update from main file.” But that’s not what I’m doing, I selected to do the opposite AND the UI reflects I am doing the opposite: I am “merging branch” not “updating from the main file.” This whole feature feels half baked, and in the meantime, I’m going to abandon it by simple copying all my changes from the branch into the main file, then archive the branc

I feel robbed!! Their new pricing model it’s like robbery! They have designed it to skim us all. I have paying double almost every month since a few month ago because I unintentionally changed the seat or approved a request, and now I need to pay the full month and it’s irreversible. Just because I click on a button now I need to pay $20.This is a bad karma Figma!! THIS IS GREEDY!!

Hello,I have an issue with missing and inaccessible files in my account [email redacted by moderator]. A file named "дизайн бюро" disappeared from my Drafts. Yesterday I worked on it, and today it is gone. I did not delete it myself, and I cannot find it in Recents, Deleted, or any other workspace. Some other files in my account do not open and show a 404 Not Found error (I attached a screenshot). We have removed lots of unused users (about half of them) due to a restructuring, but we have been invoiced for all seats on July 29. We do not foresee using all seats during this next year. Is it possible a refund or credit for future renewal for all those unused seats.

This is the first time I’m running into this issue and I think it has something to do with the fact that I have an Instance Swap property applied to the nested component. I’ve done this with “normal” nested components without an instance swap property with no issues. Here’s the problem: I have a main component called “banner” with 6 variants (3 color variations, with desktop and mobile sizes). The text is a nested component called “.bannerContent”, which also has 6 variants (3 color variations, with desktop and mobile sizes).For the 3 color variations, the background colors are set up with variables, and the variations are Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary. And same with the .bannerContent component - the text has 3 color options: Primary, Secondary, Tertiary. I have no problem changing the background color for each banner variant, however once I pick a .bannerContent variant, it applies that to ALL banner variants. Hello community, Me and my team are new to working with branches and we are working on improving how our styles are organized in our design system file. I am wondering about how Figma behaves when styles are reorganized in a branch and then the branch is merged into the main branch. Many of our styles have variables encapsulated within some of their parameters. We are also going to find out how Figma behaves with that kind of situation.  So, can a branch file's styles organization changes be merged into a main branch? If anyone has had experience with doing this and is willing to share some of their experience that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and help.

Our Sketch license expires next month and I need to upload copies of all our Sketch files to Figma as we transition over and sketch runs out. We need backup copies of that work. However, recently while importing the Sketch files into Figma, I have noticed that the files are not rendering as they should, with fonts and containers going haywire and looking like a complete mess. Initially I will upload a file and it will load up without fonts, and Figma will say that there are ‘missing fonts’ - I then add the missing fonts like for like, and the fonts appear all over the place - not fitting in containers and spilling out everywhere looking all jumbled up. Also, some of the components look a bit messy too (wrong colours, broken elements etc).When I first tried the import 6 months ago it worked fine - no problems? Now they seem broken when newly uploaded. Is there a way to fix this?

When setting a video as a background of a frame in Figma Sites and checking the “Mute” toggle, the HTML video tag does not have the muted property.My goal is to autoplay the video. Autoplay works in some browsers (even though the “muted” property is not on the video tag), but in others (such as mobile Safari), the muted property (and others that are sometimes required, such as playsinline and webkit-playsinline) are not included in the HTML.Without the required properties, the Autoplay toggle is useless when the Figma Site is viewed in some browsers. 

While testing the addition of responsive behavior in Dev Mode Focus, I noticed that it breaks the min/max variables set with a specific variable mode. As a result, the artboard becomes locked to the initial size defined by that variable mode, preventing any further size adjustments. When exiting Focus Mode and inspecting the artboard, the variable appears to be detached, something that should not be possible when interacting with designs in Dev Mode.

Hey, I am using a custom font in my webpages. I can see the font in the preview but when I published it the font changed to some other font. Is there any fix for this? Thank you!
