My students recently had to reverify their accounts and I noticed that our listing still reflects our outdated branding and location.We are listed as “Creative Academy (Woodstock)” - old name and location.Today we go by “Cape Town Creative Academy” and we reside in the Silo District, Cape Town. We moved in 2022 and decided to be the one and only Creative Academy, bound the mother city.Can this be updated somewhere?I’m the current IxD program coordinator (head of department) as of 2022. My predecessor may have initially registered us so I’m unsure where to look to make this update.Please advise and thank you!

Our institute, Venturetech Computer Education, is based in Sheikhupura, Punjab-Pakistan. We want to get listed for Figma Education verification so our students and instructors can benefit from Figma’s educational resources. What is the process, and are institutes outside major cities (like Sheikhupura) eligible for listing?* I already contact with “education@figma.com” but didn’t get any response.

Hello folksI’ve created a project with figma make , downloaded its files to my PC and deleted it from figma make, now i want figma make to add some additional features, how can i upload my project again to figma make for re editing? is possible to upload the code files that created by figma make for re editing?

Hello,I’m having this issue for quite some time now. I noticed that it started happening since the last update. Whenever I open Figma none of my images from any project load. And I try to wait it out and they don’t load, i’ve tried to re-install Figma and nothing changed. I thought it was maybe a internet connection, it’s not, since i’ve started to use Ethernet and have good internet now. It’s surely a problem with Figma itself. And it’s not only on the app, it’s also online where I enter and can’t see anything from any project.Even on projects I can’t see the thumbnail for projects because they don’t load. I don’t know what it could be. Please help if you know what I can do.In the 2º photo you can see that those posts in specific had a photo for a background and other elements using photos and none of them are showing. 

I work in Figma every day, often juggling multiple brands at once. One challenge I keep running into is the lack of Pantone color referencing when using variables.Our organization recently shifted completely from Adobe to Figma and Affinity. While the transition has been great overall, our team still struggles with referencing work in Figma since we can’t easily reference Pantone colors within the system library.I get that Figma is primarily web-design focused, but there’s a huge opportunity to expand into print and editing features, think brochures, magazines, etc. Even something as simple as linking Pantone references to brand colors in variables would be a real game changer.Curious if anyone else is facing this, or if Figma has plans in this direction?

Hi, My local variables for colors and effects keep getting detached across my file randomly. Is this expected? It’s slowing me down a lot.

Hi, very fun playing around with Figma Make, and am chomping at the bit for more functionality ;) Main Q right now: when will we be able to use our own photos and images in Make? At first I tried using my photos, providing the image itself, links in the code, etc. to no avail. Then I noticed in the help article that it says using direct images isn't available yet — the model will just create an interpretation of the image right now. Is this right or am I trying to upload/retrieve images/photos all wrong? Please let us know all the things! I'm sure other early experimenters want to know too...

There is no link provided, and I couldn’t find any instructions.

I am doing a website with decorative illustrations, which mean every elements are to be put on a single page. I chose to add drop shadow and inner shadow to enhance the visual. However my figma get super lag to the pointt when I run my prototype, some animations crashed my work. Nevertheless I didnt want to remove the shadow effects unless it’s my only choice. Do you guys know anything to solve this issue? I would really much appreciate it TT

As an owner of a DS, I’m trying to get as much value of my libraries as possible, so we can also think of connecting it to MCP server and other goodies. But while trying to connect everything to Code Connect, we got into some roadblocks.  Recently, while trying to include a component instance (Badge) to one other component (Chip) in the Code Connect, it was always showing an error in the code output. This error was saying the following:  I eventually was able to overcome this by adding the component as a “component swap”, so the “Badge” was shown in the code output (otherwise, the error)—although, my idea is to not use it as a swap, but only as a boolean, but for now it worked. But, when clicking on the Badge component “tag” in the code (see image below), I was taken to the preview of the Badge, where I found out this component preview not only had the old name (more than 6 months old since we updated all component naming convention—image 2), but also the property names were also outda

Right now, Figma isn’t recognizing my @fsusd.org email as eligible for an education account. When I tried adding my students to my team, it only lets me create four projects, which means my students can’t make their own.I couldn’t find a direct email or phone number on their website, so I’m stuck. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know the best way to reach someone at Figma, or if there’s a specific contact for education accounts?Thanks in advance for any help!

Hey folks, Images are what's probably most important when using Slides.. why do I need to get back to a normal file, set a blend mode and copy it into Slides again? That is exhausting and degrades Slides unnecessarily.

I’m trying to generate a custom font from https://github.com/uswds/public-sans using their build script which outputs ttf/otf files. However, when uploading custom fonts (named different than Public Sans) in the Resources > Fonts to be shared across my organization, the custom font does not render correctly.I can see the custom font in the font dropdown, but in console, I get a 404 for https://www.figma.com/api/fonts/1205729/file/8VD5apkKPfyFkBPBUFICZB with response:```{    "error": true,    "status": 404,    "message": "Not found.",    "i18n": {        "id": "error.not_found",        "fallback_text": "Not found.",        "params": {}    }}``` Are there specific rules or validation issues for uploading custom fonts for an organization? When I install the OTF font locally in FontBook, it works - but I want my entire organization to use a custom generated font.
