Hi,
My student club has an Education plan where we keep our Figma files. Our account was locked and we we’re asked to re-verify. I went through the re-verification forum and hit the error saying “Verification limit exceeded”. I then contacted SheerID and they got back to me saying they cannot process my verification request or offer further support. Please advise me on what can be done for my Education benefits to continue as this has halted a major portion of our work.
