Position Overview: Full-Time Remote Service Designer

Key Responsibilities
1. Service Ecosystem Mapping and Analysis
- Conduct exhaustive research to uncover the full spectrum of user journeys, pain points, and service interactions across all operational channels.
- Create rigorous service blueprints, journey maps, and ecosystem diagrams to visualize and communicate complex architectures to cross-functional teams.
- Identify critical moments of truth, service gaps, and innovation opportunities with precision and clarity.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Facilitation
- Lead and facilitate high-impact workshops, co-creation sessions, and design sprints with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Synthesize diverse viewpoints into actionable insights, aligning teams toward unified service goals and fostering a culture of service excellence.
3. Service Prototyping and Testing
- Design and prototype cutting-edge service concepts, processes, and interactions using Figma and other advanced tools.
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative user testing to validate hypotheses and iterate on service solutions, ensuring robust and scalable improvements.
4. Implementation and Change Management
- Partner with operational and technical teams to implement service enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows and systems.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated mastery of service blueprinting, journey mapping, process modeling, and systems thinking.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design, research, and prototyping tools.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence at all organizational levels.
