Higher Education Verification Failure

I have three students who cannot verify their education status here at our college though they have accepted the invite into my team.  SheerID have now prevented their ability to verify. Please advise.

I understand you have three members on your Education team who are experiencing issues with their verification process.

Could you please confirm the current status for each student?

  • Were their applications denied?
    If so, they can submit an appeal directly with SheerID by providing additional documentation. SheerID will review the appeal and let them know if their status can be approved.

  • Did they see a “Verification Limit Exceeded” error message?
    If they’ve reached the verification limit, please have them contact the  SheerID support team  to reset their limit and continue the verification process.

  • If they’ve already reached out to SheerID but haven’t received a response, please contact our education team at education@figma.com with the details so we can look into it further.

After reviewing the above and the documentation, if none of these apply, please share more details about each student’s current status so that we can check with the relevant team.

Hello ​@Junko3 and good day!  Happy Thursday. 

All three of my design students have reached their max verification.  They reached out to SheerID and lead time is 4-7 working days.  This class does not have that time allocated for this support.

The emails of the students in question (though they are in my Figma team, but cannot create a prototype).

Is there any possibililty to escelate this to your education team?  While I value SheerID, and their ability to verify students, the issue we now face is timing.  Can you futher assist me please.

Hello, I wanted to reach out and ask how we can resolve this as I have emailed Education@figma.com with no response.  

 

Please advise because we are considering migrating away to another product since this fall our students have had nothing but verification issues.  Thank you.
