When I click on the prototype button, two windows open. The first window remains blank, and the second window always starts at the beginning of the flow. Previously, it was possible to start from a specific screen within the flow. The loading time also seems slower. 

Hi Figma team,I currently have 7 plugins that are still in the “In Review” status. The longest one has been waiting for about 1.5 months, and the others have also been pending for several weeks.I understand that plugin reviews can take time, but this delay has made it difficult to plan releases, update users, and continue improving these plugins. I haven’t received any clear update or feedback, so I’d like to ask if the team could please check my submissions and let me know whether there is anything blocking the review process.If possible, I would really appreciate a status update or any escalation so the reviews can move forward.Thank you for your time and support.

How can I fully remove myself from an inactive Figma team project? The project owner is not active, and I need assistance from the Figma support team to completely take it off my profile.

There has to be a better customer support system for paying customers. I opened a ticket on April 8 (1851470) simply asking that the account I pay for have the email updated as I lost access to the email domain used when I set up the account on SSO. Due to technical error, I was asked to recreate/open another ticket (1838459). In both tickets, I have provided ALL PROOF of account ownership (invoices, business license, credit card used, file names, seats I pay for, etc.). My issue has been open for nearly 14 DAYS and has been passed to 3 different people asking for identical info that is already attached to both of the tickets! Hi guysim working with figma from several months.what i can see recently is that while my work and my behaviour with figma AI has been like before, i can see that my credits will be finish/full very fast.just today i bought 1000 credits, and just after several hours my credits finished now!!.as i said what im doing in chat and what the AI is doing is the same as it was before, and nothing is not new.so, i wanted to know if figma increased its prices (in high level as i can see it), without announce it?And the initial purchase and membership was like showing me the door to a green garden because now I have to constantly charge it to continue working?Have you encountered this situation recently?

I uploaded exactly same document as other students in the same Class. They all passed and get the status verified except me. I try everything but just get rejected

Recently I was unable to upload or add any images or file within my system to the figma make (Add images or files) option for further processing. If anyone knows any solution for this then please help me out! 

Hello,I’m having an issue with Dev Mode not working, even though I’m on a Professional plan and all settings, permissions, and seat assumptions appear to be correct.I already contacted Figma Support 3 times directly through Figma. After a few hours, I only received an automated email, but no ticket number. I replied to that email and have still received no response.Because I was unsure whether a seat had actually been assigned, I briefly tested with my second private email address to see whether I could assign a seat there if none was active. Instead of solving the problem, Figma immediately created a second license/seat, while Dev Mode still does not work.So at the moment I have: a Professional plan Dev Mode still unavailable

Hello,I accidentally deleted my Figma account because I misunderstood and thought I entered my university email address incorrectly. I simply wanted to delete it and re-register with the same correct email.Now I cannot create a new account with my university email. I’m building a public Community plugin that integrates with POEditor. I need a reliable way to identify the current Figma file (file key/ID) so I can associate exported/imported translations with the correct file. This is important because text node IDs are not globally unique across files, so the same node ID can exist in different files.From the docs, it looks like figma.fileKey is only available to private plugins via enablePrivatePluginApi. There used to be hovers in the variables window where you could check if the sematic you used is correct. For instance: is [scale100] 4px or 8px?But now there is no more hover in the variables window, where did it go? It wasn’t perfect but better than having to switch to the primitives set every time you’re not sure which token to use...

I’m having some problems with Figma slots as it seems to not fully support nested component Boolean properties.The situation is that I have componentA with slot and componentB with slot, then nest componentA instance inside componentB’s slot. The issues happen when I try to work with the elements inside the slot of componentA instance. The layer panel looks like below.  Here are the issues:Boolean property doesn’t support all elements inside instance slots. Only the component instances support it, the texts & frame don’t. Value of boolean properties doesn’t effect the elements. E.g. when the value is false, the element is not hidden. Also, detaching property from the elements doesn’t work. Hi! I’m having an issue where when I select multiple separate frames at the same time and export them together (not grouped, each frame has clip content selected) some of the frames will be missing content that is inside of them. For example the first frame will be fine, but the second frame will be missing one image even though it is inside the frame layer I exported. If I export each frame one at a time, this is not happening. I’m not sure what my issue is and have reinstalled figma. I do this many times a day for work and it has just become a problem for me. It is happening in the desktop app and browser.

Hi!Thanks to my university I have had access to figma and have used it a lot over the degree of ideation, designs and prototypes. I will be graduating this summer so will lose access to the account and wondered if there is anyway to export these files so I can keep my work? I need a single line of text to fit within a container without wrapping, breaking the boundary, or truncating. I need the text to get smaller when it gets too long to fit, either by reducing font size or overall scale. The text is dynamic, so I can’t reliably tell how long it will be to pick an ideal font size. Things I’ve tried: Standard left and right with top and bottom constraints, but if the text becomes too long, it wraps and breaks the boundary or truncates. Using text auto width with scale constraints, but the text just grows outside the boundary. Using text auto width then wrapping it with an auto layout, thinking the layout could hug the text and use scale constraints to get smaller, but hug resizing and scale constraints are mutually exclusive. Is there any way to do this dynamically?
