Hello, we received a past due invoice (#5F3CC69C-0027) for 4 seats on our Professional annual plan. However, our team actually only uses 2 seats, and the other 2 were unassigned seats that we did not intend to renew. The system does not allow us to reduce the seat count on this past due invoice ourselves. Could you please modify this invoice to 2 seats ($384.00) so that we can make the payment immediately? Hello,A figma file i had has just disappeared. I think it was in a different team of maybe education. I can’t remember. But there is only one team showing right now. I have checked the trash and everywhere else. Can’t find the other team or the file that disappeared. It has been a few months since i needed it so i only noticed today that it was gone.P.S. I really despise the whole team thing, it really confuses everything for me. Takes the simplicity out of figma. A year ago i deleted a duplicate account and an important file got deleted with it, even though i had transferred the ownership. I really hope figma finds a way to get around this crazy thing. PLEASE.

im trying to publish a site i made for a client but everytime i click publish it gives me an error message saying try again ive tried for multiple days and it still fails even after all issues have been resolved any assistance is apperciated 

Earlier this week, the Code on canvas feature was enabled for me, and I used it to build an important prototype for a project.Since then, the feature appears to have been turned off, and I can no longer access the code for that prototype or retrieve it in Figma Make.I can still see the frame on the canvas, but I no longer see the code, and my coworkers cannot launch the prototype either.Could you help review whether this file can be restored or whether access to the Code on canvas feature can be re-enabled for this prototype?

I’m having issues selecting the proper font. When I click into the Typography selector, I don’t get a drop down of fonts at all.   

My experience with the agent has been slow and not very good - at least with basic asks over the last few weeks. I like Claude’s performance much better but of course not as simple to integrate the two but certainly possible.….can you share what is the foundation of Figma’s agent and how is it improving?

Hi-I transferred a Figma Project to the client after the project ended. It only had 1 board. They received it successfully but say I’m still the owner. I can see I’m still the owner in an empty team space now. There is no way for me to transfer the ownership to them. I’ve tried in settings and also in admin roles. I had actually deleted the space since I thought I didn’t need it anymore and then reactivated it. Now I’m back in but stuck and unable to transfer the board to them. 

Bug: Unable to unstar files using any available method The "Unstar all" button in the sidebar throws an irrelevant error saying "You don't have permission to view this file", even though I can open the file without any issues. Right-clicking the file and selecting "Remove from sidebar" doesn't work. On the Home page, hovering over the file thumbnail and clicking the yellow star to unstar it also doesn't work.Has anyone else run into this issue? Is there a known workaround or fix?

Hi there, beloved FIGMA team,I have an issue I recently run into. We have 2 seats now. One, the main account has a lot of drafts. The seccond account can’t access those drafts. Hey there,I’ve been trying to merge a larger branch for hours already but when I click on review and merge changes, it loads for quite a bit and then results in that error screen.I tried on desktop and via browser – always the same resultWhen I tried it a few hours before it worked until I clicked on the actual merging button after the conflicts resolving. However I received the same error screen.Under the status page link everything looks fine.Since the latest update it seems that Figma is really getting slower and slower.This really marks a new low in the overall quality.Pls help quickly

Recently our Figma Admin left the Dope Security... she was Admin with full access after she left, we lost access to all Figma files and projects. We want to regain admin access and also to all project and files.

I was working on a design file and then the screen got frozen for a few seconds and later one of the section got disappeared, and I am unable to recover it.
