Question

The admin privileges have been transferred to the account of a former employee.

The team name is waffle-team, which is on the Professional plan.

The previous admin left the team, and the admin role was transferred to someone who is no longer employed by our company.

We would like to request that the admin role be reassigned to [redacted]

This issue is affecting our ability to manage the team and access our projects, so we would appreciate your assistance in resolving it as soon as possible.

Thank you for your help.

For your reference, I accidentally left the team, so I am currently no longer a member.

I am also a former employee, and this issue occurred while I was attempting to transfer the admin role to another employee.

Unfortunately, the admin role was transferred to another former employee's account, and I accidentally left the team during the process.

Since this issue occurred while I was handling the admin transfer, I am responsible for resolving it.

I already contacted your support team about the same issue last week, but it remains unresolved.

I would sincerely appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible, as it is affecting our team's ability to manage the account.

Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter.
