AI-generated designs disappeared after generation error in Figma Design

Hello Figma Support Team,

I'm reporting a possible bug in Figma Design involving AI-generated designs disappearing after generation.

File name: Redesign clinic calendar

I used the Figma AI agent to redesign my clinic calendar interface. The process reached the following stages:

• Generating designs

• Checking design quality

• Errors found

The generated screens appeared to be completed and were visible, but afterward they suddenly disappeared from my file.

I checked the file's version history, but I couldn't find the missing screens or a recoverable version containing them. I did not intentionally delete the designs.

The AI panel also displayed a message stating that my Team Education plan had run out of AI credits until October 31.

Support ID: I have a diagnostic Support ID available to share with the support team privately.

Could a Figma Support specialist investigate whether the generated designs can be recovered from the underlying file state or generation logs?

I have already used my available AI credits, so I would appreciate a recovery solution that does not require me to regenerate the screens or purchase additional credits.

I can provide screenshots and the full debug details from the AI agent's information icon if needed.
