Good morning, everyone!!! I’m creating severel mockups in Figma Make for presentatios to clients. I need to understand how to export this creation to use in Power BI. Is this possible?

I’m unable to locate a file that I didn’t delete. I still have the shared link, but I can’t access it, it says the design file may have been deleted, moved, or is unavailable.Please, I need help resolving this.

My Figma Education Plan was renewed about one month ago, and everything was working normally. However, today my plan suddenly changed to the Free plan even though the renewal date has not ended yet.Is there any usage limit on the Figma Education Plan? 

I have paid for a Professional Full Seat license at £14 a month and I am unable to toggle and use the Design tools bar at the bottom of the sheet on slides and edit a doc my colleague set up. I also can't use the tools when I set up my own slide. Does anyone have any ideas why this tool work? I contacted support with the problem at 5.30pm yesterday and have still not had a human response or useful Tech bot one. Thanks!

Hi Figma Team,I am writing because my Figma account shows a suspension message when I attempt to sign in using Google Login:“Your account has been suspended.”This prevents me from accessing all my ongoing projects and important client files. Hi Figma Support Team,I accidentally deleted one of my Figma files, and it was also removed from the Trash. but I wanted to check if it is possible to restore it from your server-side backups.As unfortunately by mistake it was clicked- ‘ permanently delete’ from trash. and i was so much frosted to get it back.i had already contact figma from this link- https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/1619605 but didn't get single response from figma support team. Hello community, Currently, when I create strokes icons, I use the tool corner radius to change independently each rounded corner. But if I reduce the size of my icon, the rounded corners remain the same and do not adjust. I would like to convert it into an anchor point with the wrists. I'm not quite sure how to explain it, so I've included an example. At the moment, I use copy as SVG and paste on the right click menu but maybe an other solution more convenient exist. How do you do it ?

im tryna type in a link but the alphabet a just automatically gets squared???it doesnt happen to any other alphabetsdoes anyone know how to fix this thanks

i tried to re-verify my education plan tied to the email- (redacted by the moderator due to PII)its been a long time and im still not able to access the features an educational plan has. its just like using a free plan. im getting this ‘successfully verified’ message but its doing nothing. I’m using Figma Make for a website that has both English and Japanese text as translation toggle.But the Japanese version keeps showing this text “ web3.intro.p3 web3.intro.p3.bold web3.intro.p3.rest” randomly. Why’s that?

Hi,  I created a menu like component, i created variants and link this , it is for a landing page, like top bar. This works when you don't link another animation like scroll .I want this menu to change when I push the name section of the page and scroll to the section page,  for example  when clicking in “Nosotros” scroll to nosotros section and is put in bold “Nosotros” at menu.thanks in advance, sorry I am not native English speaker, but try my best. 

Hi everyone,I’m building a simple 3-page website using Figma Make. The pages are: Home, About, and Blog.The issue I'm facing is: Accessing the root domain (www.*********.com) works fine. However, when I try to go directly to a subpage like www.*********.com/blog or www.site.com/about, I get a 404 error. Strangely, if I navigate using buttons from the homepage, the subpages load without any problem. So the pages do exist and work internally. It seems like this might be a routing or rewrite issue, maybe related to how static sites are handled.I’ve tried different prompt variations and structures but couldn’t solve the issue. What I want is simple:When a user types www.**********.com/blog directly into the browser, the blog page should open without a 404 error.Has anyone experienced this with Figma Make or knows how to solve it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,I’m building a multi-page site in Figma Make and keep running into the same frustrating bug:I create a separate page for /terms, /privacy, or any custom route (e.g. /contact, /about) Everything works fine at first At some point Make flags the page with the red “1 error” banner When I click “Fix for me”, it instantly removes the custom route and turns the page back into a generic duplicate of the home page (losing the unique URL completely)I have tried everything and I 100% need these unique pages . The page content stays intact, but the unique slug is wiped out, which obviously breaks legal pages and navigation.Has anyone else seen this? Is there a way to prevent “Fix for me” from deleting custom routes, or a safe workaround to keep /terms, /privacy, etc. intact?Thanks in advance!

When I try to publish my site with supabase connected it wont let me until I unpair it and this leads to accounts not being created and a whole mess.

Mate I cannot even get onto the app I am just stuck at the home page loading. I opened the app on my friends laptop logged in and everything.  I tried resetting my cache which i saw the internet, to then realise there is no cache option on mac. Great.Updated the version of figmaReset my laptopUpdated my laptop and still i am stuck at this page guys please get your devs to do something for this ridiculously slow app. Don’t let this be the reason I switch. This is such incompetence fix your fucking app

Hello fellows, i have designed below illustrator and wanted to digitize it on the back of a t-shirt and maybe on cap. Do you guys know anyone to do that for me? free or paid maybe? 

Using Firefox browser, any time I deselect an object in Figma (frames, images, etc), a gray box that says “paste” appears next to my cursor and moving the mouse automatically triggers a box-select (as if I were holding and dragging the mouse). I have to press Esc to make the “paste” box go away and click somewhere without selecting anything to make the box-select go away. This happens any time I deselect anything. This means that if I accidentally select something using the bug-induced box-select, it loops me back into the bug. It is hugely obtrusive to getting any work done.

I have a prototype embedded into a slide and that works great, But when I embed the slides file on my Square Space site I get the “www.figma.com refused to connect.” error message and the prototype doesn’t load. I searched and made sure all the permissions are set correctly. Is this a bug or some security setting within the browser?  Any help will be appreciated, for now I have a work around that opens the prototype in a new window via a text link but that is clunky.  

The controls for component properties appear twice when in slides mode. Not the end of the world but kinda annoying to work with some dropdowns. Surfacing this as it does not look like intended behavior.Card in design modeExact same card in slides mode 

The instructions page for saving a local copy does not mention this anywhere. But I’m wondering what “save partial file” actually does. I had always assumed that it would at least save the variables, but not any image assets. But I would like confirmation on this. Sometimes I clone a file just for the variables (dont need all the other stuff in it) and I use “save partial file” to do this quickly. Is this a safe assumption or??
