We have an old Figma design system built on variants from about four years ago.Since Figma moved toward variables, it doesn’t really work properly anymore.We’re looking for plugins or tools (paid is totally fine) that can help us migrate to variables without rebuilding everything from scratch. 

The “Tickets” CTA should be sticky on the bottom instead of in the middle of the screen (right above the cookie banner). When closing the cookie banner, the sticky elements stays sticky in the middle of the screen. This issue doesn’t happen when there’s no sticky banner on this screen (either because the cookie banner was closed on a previous screen or because the users is logged in).This issue didn’t use to happen.  

The app I have made works fine inside of Figma but when I accessed the published link it is quite broken. I have prompted to fix it but the agent does not seem to be able to access the problem.https://visa-insert-26194112.figma.site

I deleted a Draft file less than 30 days ago (13 days ago)  The file is visible in Trash but is completely unresponsive:– Clicking does nothing– No context menu appears– “Copy link” is not possibleThis happens both in the desktop app and in the browser. Could you please restore this Draft file on your end?

Hi everyone, I’m working on a project in Figma Make and really enjoying the workflow, but I’m stuck on one important point: how do you share a prototype created in Figma Make?I can’t find any option to generate a shareable link or access a Prototype mode, and I’m not sure whether this is a limitation of Figma Make or if there’s a specific step required to export or transfer the work into Figma Design.Could someone clarify whether it’s possible to share a prototype built in Make, and if so, what the correct process is?Thanks in advance for your help.

I was trying to upgrade my account to professional seat without knowing it is only upgrade to group instead of an account, I have not use anything on the upgrade group and I am looking for refund so I can shift the pro plan to the group I am working on

I am logged in with [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]. I can see the file 'Ku-Kai ramen' in my browser history (URL: https://www.figma.com/design/EZLkH5z8UX3n5MhEHguTVl/Ku-Kai-ramen), but I get a 404 error when clicking it. It is not in my personal Trash or Drafts. Can you please help me locate where the file has been moved to or restore my access?

In Figma Site, I’m working on a carousel that previews various animations and I want them to be linked through LottieFiles, as the page is getting super heavy due to numerous assets.  I create the carousel frames with the lottiefiles embed in it and as soon as I make these frames a component, the LottieFiles element is thrown out of the component. Is there a way for the LottieFiles to be embedded in components?

Hi, I’m a Figma subscriber and have been using it to build decks in Figma Slides. I’m loving the experience, with a key caveat. I can’t get anything to show up in my Assets folder. Only the AI tools are available. Even default actions like ‘Build a table’ that Figma docs say should be available are not. Let alone basic icons and such to pull in. When I click ‘Assets’ there’s nothing.Can someone help? I have a presentation due in the coming days and need to figure this out. It says I need to ‘add’ a library but shouldn’t there be default actions and icons in here??How do i add a table??

Hello, I recently transitioned from an Android device (POCO F5) to an iOS device (iPhone 17 Pro Max). Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with the Microsoft Authenticator app, which does not support backup transfers between Android and iOS. As a result, I lost my 2FA setup. The backups are stored in different locations—Microsoft account for Android and iCloud for iOS. Hi guys, how are you? I'm facing the following problem: yesterday I got an email saying that my seat request was declined (even though I've been able to access the team as a guest for 5 months now) and after it all my drafts and the team access were gone. Today my company managed to put me back on the team (still as a guest) but my drafts are still gone. I've found a link to one of my old files but I had to request access (???) and no one has managed to allow it (in fact no one even got the request). So what's going on? Did I lose my drafts forever or not? Is this a bug or we're just not looking at the right place? Chat with Fig says the missing drafts should be on Admin > Content > Unassigned drafts but the admins haven't found it yet. Help me get my files back, pleaseeeeeeeeee.

I want to honestly explain my situation and sincerely request help with recovering my account.Account id that was suspended  - jainmuskaan2003.14@gmail.comI was previously using Figma through a student account, but suddenly my access was removed. I tried re-verifying my student status multiple times, but it wasn’t going through, and I was really stuck. Around the same time, someone contacted me saying they had a special offer for Figma access. I genuinely thought it might be a legitimate student-related offer.As a student, I can’t afford the regular subscription, and since my work depends on Figma every day, I agreed without fully understanding how the subscription worked or where it was coming from. I truly did not know that this could be against Figma’s policies or considered wrong.Now my account has been suspended, and my studies and daily design work are badly affected. I’m using pro plan, and I turn AI content training features on in Settings page. I don’t know why 😭  

I need help fixing this issue. Every time I expand my prototype, I always get these recurring syntax errors. It could be related to the file size. It autofixes them but only results to more errors and more credits spent fixing errors that the AI made. It’s very concerning as Figma Make will roll out its credits limit soon and most of the credits I’m using is used on fixing errors the AI created.

When selecting a specific layer and pressing CMD+L to import it, the system imports the outermost parent element rather than the currently selected layer. However, using the right-click context menu to import the same layer works as expected and correctly imports only the selected element. This inconsistency between the keyboard shortcut and the right-click panel behavior needs to be addressed.

I am experiencing an issue with Interactive Components where toggling a nested variant (the Switch) causes Layer Overrides to revert or duplicate incorrectly. Specifically, when changing the state of the 'Profile Photo' row, the instance is failing to preserve the text and visibility overrides of adjacent layers, resulting in a layout mismatch.

I have subscribed for figma professional for collaboration seat  from December 19th to january 19th by paying approx 5 dollars and i thought wvery month it will continue with collaboration seat but in January the invoice came around  approx 41 dollar which is completely out of mind .The invoice is included full seat, dev seat and collaboration seat and one time fee  approx 15 dollar without my consent.Please support on this.I have cancelled by subscription .

Hi everyone, I'm trying to showcase my prototype in a presentation adding screen recording of the app. Unfortunatly it doesn't work because it's lagging. I tried also changing fps on After Effect, but it doesn't work.  Do you have any advice ? 

I was on the professional plan, but no longer needed it so cancelled it in December. Figma now says my invoice is past due and that I owe them money for another month. I cancelled it, so why are Figma still trying to charge me?
