Waiting a confirmation for Education Plan

Hello,

I am a student at SoftUni Creative University. They provide us the opportunity to learn with Figma Education plans.

I contacted the Administration on 8th February 2026 and they said that they have sent you a submitted questionnaire from me regarding an access to Figma Education Plan. And to wait for email from you. So far I don't have any received email from your side. I contacted the Support on Friday - 20th February 2026, but I didn't hear back from them either.

 

I guess I addressed the wrong support. Hope you can resolve my issue and to hear from you soon.
