Request for Manual Education Verification Assistance

Hello Figma Team, I hope you are having a good day. I am a student at the University of Sydney and I am writing to kindly request your assistance with my Education Plan verification. I have attempted to verify my status through SheerID nearly 10 times with my official Enrollment Confirmation (CoE) and student ID, but unfortunately, the automated system was unable to process them. After reaching out to SheerID support, I was informed that they are unable to provide further manual assistance, and my account now shows 'Verification Limit Exceeded.' Since I have all the valid documentation for the 2026 academic year, would it be possible for your internal team to conduct a manual review? I am more than happy to provide my student email and supporting documents privately. Thank you very much for your time and help.
