Restore My Suspended Figma Account

Dear Figma Support Team,

I was surprised to find that my account was suspended without any prior warning or explanation. Figma has been an essential part of my professional workflow, and I have several important projects and case studies stored in my account that are crucial for my ongoing work.

I respectfully ask that you check the suspension and, if you can, get my account back. If there was a problem or infraction, I would be very grateful if you could let me know what went wrong so I can make sure it doesn't occur again. I have always intended to use Figma sensibly and in accordance with all of your rules. I genuinely respect Figma as a design platform and use it every day to advance my career. In order to continue working uninterrupted, I would be extremely appreciative of your assistance in resolving this issue.

I’ve checked in the backend and can see that our support team already replied to you on January 5 regarding this account suspension. Could you please check your inbox as well as your spam/junk folder for an email sent to ngxxx34@gxxxxl.xxxm? The team requested a bit of additional information from you so they can continue investigating and help move this forward.

For security and privacy reasons, we’re not able to review or resolve account suspension cases directly here in the Forum. The Support team handling your case is best equipped to assist once they hear back from you.

If you’re unable to locate the email after checking spam/junk, please let me know and I can help flag this internally so the team can resend it.

Dear Celine,

Help me check my problems figma account supended today, I was using it as a normal work tool and it crashed, and when I tried to log back into my email account, it said it was disabled. Could there be a system error?  Figma Email Address: (redacted by the moderator due to PII)
