i’ve just recently got charge for a subscription i do only 1 month and next month i still got charge how can i reffund it.

I understand you only intended to subscribe for one month, but noticed another charge this month and would like help with a refund.

Just to clarify, monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless they’re cancelled before the billing date. Cancelling stops future renewals, but the plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Our Support team can review your subscription timeline to better understand what happened in this case.

As billing matters involve account-specific details, we’re not able to review them here in the Community for privacy and security reasons.
