I’m not sure if this is a bug or just the current logic for Make, but I wanted to flag an issue with how the interface handles credit limits.Currently, once a user runs out of AI credits, the entire prompt box is disabled—including the Point and Edit option. While I understand the need to gate AI-generated features, Point and Edit allows for manual changes that don’t actually cost credits. By locking the whole box, users lose access to manual text editing and the ability to jump directly to specific code views. The Request: If this isn't a bug, could we treat this as a feature request? It would be great if the Point and Edit mode remained active even after credits are exhausted. This would allow users to continue making manual updates and navigating the code without being completely locked out of the workflow.
Hello,I’m contacting you regarding an urgent billing issue with my August payment. On August 6, my upcoming invoice showed an AI credit update charge of $193.55. However, on August 9, I was actually charged $498.91, which is significantly different from the amount shown on the invoice.I had also cancelled the Professional Plan for August, but the August charge appears to have been included in the payment and the Professional Plan was reactivated.I have already contacted support by email regarding this issue. The $498.91 charge is incorrect, and I need this issue to be reviewed and the incorrect charge refunded.Could you please confirm:Why the amount changed from $193.55 to $498.91 Why the August Professional Plan charge was included despite my cancellation The process and timeline for correcting the charge and issuing the refundThis is an unexpected charge of $498.91, so I would appreciate an urgent review and response. I have already sent an email but have not yet received a response.
Hello Figma Support Team,I hope you are doing well.I would like to kindly request access to Figma Agent for my account. As a product designer, I am interested in using this feature to support and improve my design workflow.Could you please confirm whether Figma Agent is currently available for my account, workspace, region, and subscription plan? If access requires any eligibility criteria, waitlist enrollment, or additional steps, I would appreciate your guidance.Thank you for your time and support.Kind regards,Mohammad Talebi
I'm creating icons in Figma, and I've noticed that some icons display a different symbol inside the component hierarchy. When I try to convert them to Vector Path, the results are not consistent. Some icons appear as the actual shape of the element, while others display the generic vector icon instead. warning - wallet_digital
Hi i subscribed to figma pro today (10th augest 2026), however i found out that my employer dont allow useage of personal accounts for their design work and will be issuing me a seat themselves on their account, can i get a refund.
I was using the free plan to code a new website and wanted to have a bigger advance today, so I payed the professional collab plan that gets me 500+ AI tokens a month. When I opened the project, it was telling me that I needed to upgrade to the full plan to edit the page. I mean… I payed and LOST THE ABILITY TO EDIT MY WEBSITE?????
I typed into to my figma make for my website “Make an Admin Dashboard” and it did it and said it finished and then that question and corresponding chat vanished but my AI credits were not put back in.
Hi,We upgraded our existing Bunjy Design Team to the Professional monthly plan on 7 August 2026 and purchased seven Full seats and one Dev seat for $155. The invoice is marked Paid, and the team was working normally after the upgrade.Today, the entire team has unexpectedly been locked and all files are view-only. The message says, “This file is part of a locked team,” even though I am the team admin and the subscription payment is successful. This is blocking our entire Design team. Please restore editing access urgently.Team name: Bunjy Design TeamInvoice date: 7 August 2026Amount: $155Status: Paid
I am designing a website in Figma Site as I am learning how to use Figma Site and I figured it would work the same as autolayout but its not working? I dont know if this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong. All my auto-layout is correct, when I play around with it (stretch the width and stuff), it works the exact way it should both in Figma design and Figma Site, but as soon as I enter the present mode to test it there, it creates these weird gaps when it's not on the exact breakpoint, and it ignores all autolayout fill rules and cuts off some of the containers and text. An example of what it looks like:How can it have such a weird gap but at the very same time cut the image and text off? What can I do to fix it?
So. Incorrect (incomplete) copying. When you duplicate a frame, it's duplicated entirely. Copying and pasting only partially duplicates it.What could be the reason? Is this a bug in the program or did I do something wrong?
Got a design file handovered, I don't have one font the previous designer used in styles to create these components - but I didn't know that. Now when I clicked on an item with that *missing font* style applied to, it just automatically switches it to Open Sans equivalent. Not asking me first.Expected behavior: when I click a text with a missing font style, the font style does not modify without me confirming I want that. Actual: my styles and components are messed up, and I didn't even observe this issue at first. now when time is sweet and i needed some urgent exports for a client - BIG ISSUE!See attached recording for bug reporting.-Environment: figma app on macbook. If there s a quick fix to this that I did not discover, let me know.
In the right sidebar, in the mcp section, there is an example prompt in a box that looks like this: Implement this design from Figma.@https://www.figma.com/design/…. I want to copy the link to it, but I never actually want the words “Implement this design from Figma.”. And you cannot select the text inside partially, only the full text. So the flow makes me copy the whole thing, paste it somewhere, then start deleting the text partially. If you are using a CLI agent, this makes it even more annoying.
Hi all! I’m trying to create an image in Weave: a flip phone lying in snow, with my company's logo displayed on the phone's screen. I have a reference photo of the composition of the shot and my png logo. When I use those as inputs to the image generate node (I’m using Flux 2 Pro), it re-draws my logo and messes it up in various ways (wrong spacing, font, all kinds of extrapolations). I don’t want to use a Compositor to insert the logo because 1) the phone is tilted on an angle and it looks obvious that the logo is just slapped on top and 2) I want it to have a glowy/glitchy effect like it’s actually being shown on the flip phone. Any advice on a good workflow to seamlessly work the logo into the scene while preserving its shape for brand consistency? Or are there any image generator models within Weave that you’ve had success interpreting it?
Went on vacation for 3 weeks, come back, and now my magic “select all matching layers” button is gone. Why?I used to be able to select all matching layers within a section. that is now gone!Lately it seems like Figma is dead set on disrupting all of my workflows!
Hello. Im a Coursera student and taking a screenshot of my subscription page wasnt considered good enough credentials. What should I do to get my credentials so I can sign up for a Figma student account?
I’m experiencing a very strange and specific bug with the Layers panel visibility toggle. What happensI click the eye icon on any layer to hide it, this works normally. After that single click, if I simply hover the mouse over other layer names (not on their eye icons), those layers also turn off one by one. The only way to stop it is to click anywhere on the screen. It feels like the “click and drag to multi-toggle visibility” feature is getting stuck in the “button still held down” state after a normal click. It happens in every file (not file-specific).A friend checked on his machine and does not have this issue, so it appears to be local to my setup. When it startedI was working normally. I left the computer running for about 2 hours (no updates, no crashes, nothing unusual). When I returned, the bug was there and has stayed ever since. What I’ve already triedRestarted the PC Cleared Figma cache Tested in different browsers + Incognito Unplugged my mouse, launchpad and XP-Pen tablet
Hello,I’m writing to dispute the recent charges on my account. I noticed that my subscription has suddenly increased significantly despite the fact that I did not add any new seats, upgrade my plan, or otherwise authorize a change to my subscription. My subscription was previously $23.80/month for the last few years, but I was suddenly charged $88.86 in July and have now been billed $71.40 for August for 3 Professional seats.I did not add these seats, upgrade my subscription, or authorize these charges. I also have not used Figma in several months. Please:Refund the $88.86 July charge Cancel/reverse the $71.40 August invoice Remove any additional seats that I did not authorize Confirm that no further charges will be madePlease investigate how these seats were added and resolve this billing issue as soon as possible. I have attached the relevant invoices for reference. As of now I am cancelling subscription alltogether. Best, [Attachments removed by Moderator for privacy reasons - 2026/08
Hello Figma Support Team,I have reviewed the breakdown you sent, and I find it completely absurd and unacceptable. You are charging me an exorbitant amount of $379.32 USD, which includes over $280 in supposed "AI credits" and pay-as-you-go add-ons that I never consciously authorized. This automated billing model is an opaque trap for users. I am not willing to tolerate surprise charges that spiked on their own without clear on-screen warnings. I need this resolved and a full refund issued immediately.Given this abuse, my relationship with Figma is canceled permanently, and my card is already blocked for security.I demand a response and confirmation of my money being returned right now.Sincerely,Lizbeth Rivas
I am trying to upload a large file (1GB+), but every time I try, Figma crashes. Unfortunately I am unable to see the file from its original location to edit the file and reduce the file size. Is there any way to fix this?
Hello everyone!I'm excited to join the Figma Community and learn from such a talented group of designers and creators.I'm interested in UI/UX design, prototyping, and creating clean, user-friendly interfaces. While I'm still improving my Figma skills, I enjoy exploring new features, design systems, plugins, and workflows that can make the design process more efficient.I'm here to learn, share ideas, ask questions, and hopefully contribute whenever I can. Looking forward to connecting with all of you and learning from your experiences! Thanks for having me!
I have observed that the Figma application experiences lag on Android devices, and I believe this may be attributed to its utilization of a webview interface. While I am not a technical expert, I have noticed that Figma performs flawlessly within the Brave browser on Android. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
When resizing a rectangle or ellipse, or any sort of shape object, dimensions are tethered to the relative top-left corner of the shape—meaning that any increasing or decreasing of the width and height would happen relative to the shape’s top-left corner. This is helpful, since I can rotate an object 180°, and that resizing anchor would move with it, allowing me to adjust dimensions from the bottom right corner. However, recently the shortcut associated with adjusting those dimensions (Cmd + Directional Arrows) now ignores this rule, making it so that resizing any shape with these shortcuts is always resized relative to the absolute top left corner, no matter the shape’s rotation. This requires me to make those adjustments solely using the Width and Height fields, which is pretty tedious. Similarly, corner radii are also now anchored to the absolute top-left. But when multiple objects of different rotations are selected, then it uses the relative top-left corner. So I have to use a wor
I tried to cancel my subscription, but I couldn't find a way. I’ve been building a few more complex layouts with nested Auto Layout frames, and I’ve noticed that things can become a little unpredictable when fixed-width elements are combined with Fill Container and Hug Contents. A small change to one element can sometimes cause several other layers to resize or shift in ways that aren’t immediately obvious. What makes it more confusing is that the same layout can behave differently depending on how deeply the frames are nested. I understand that Auto Layout has a specific sizing logic, but when working with a larger component, it can take quite a bit of trial and error to figure out which setting is actually causing the issue.I’m wondering how other designers usually structure complex Auto Layout components to keep the sizing predictable. Do you try to avoid mixing fixed and flexible sizing where possible, or is there a better approach for handling these kinds of layouts?
