It looks like font file versions are not accurately reflected under Resources → Fonts.For example, after being uploaded to Figma, Geist v1.7.2 appears in Figma as Geist 1.800 (rounded number).Thanks for fixing this!

Figma recently launched the feature for a grid to automatically add/remove rows depending on the content that’s actually in there.  Unfortunately it’s not working for me, and I haven’t seen anyone else talking about it. Let’s say I have a component with a grid, and it has about 4 rows worth of cards inside. When I use the instance of this component and hide 1 row’s worth of cards, the grid initially shrinks in height to hug the remaining 3 rows visible. But a few minutes later the instance will pop back to the height of 4 rows, leaving an empty row. If I toggle hide/show on the cards it will force Figma to recalculate the height and hug again, but then the same thing will happen again 2 minutes later.  The inverse is also true; if I include hidden extra cards in my component, and turn them on in the instance, the grid will initially grow in height to accomodate the extra cards, but later shrink again to the original number of rows, causing the extra cards to overflow the frame.

Hi, the figma cursor used to be small and neat. In the past few days it has suddenly grown much bigger and it glitches in the middle of work switching back to the original smaller size, and growing again when moved or used for an action. Any idea why this is happening?

How are you handling CMYK conversion without destroying component styles? Bleed & Trim Lines Setup: What is the best practice for setting up bleed boundaries (3mm/0.125") and fold/score lines inside Figma components so they don't get displaced during auto-layout adjustments? Vector Precision for Dielines: Is it better to draw cut/crease lines directly in Figma or import vector dielines via SVG from Illustrator? If anyone has an efficient workflow or plugin recommendation for packaging design export in Figma, I’d love to hear your insights!

Hi Figma team,Since September 1, images have stopped displaying when using Figma Mirror on mobile devices.Frames, text, shapes, and other UI elements are displayed normally, but image assets are completely missing in Mirror.What I've tested:Regular JPEG images do not display. The issue occurs across different Figma files. I tested it on my phone and my colleague tested it on a different phone — both have the same issue. Text, shapes, and other UI elements display normally. The images display correctly in the Figma design file itself.Expected behavior:Images should display normally in Figma Mirror along with the rest of the frame.Actual behavior:The frame is mirrored correctly, but all image assets are missing.This issue has persisted since September 1 and is reproducible on multiple mobile devices.Is this a known issue with Figma Mirror's image rendering or asset loading?Thanks!

Hi everyone,I permanently deleted some files in Figma trash, but I also want to make sure that these files are deleted from the Figma server.I don’t know if permanently deleted files in trash means that these files are also deleted from the server? Or the files are still stored on the server?I’ve attempted to contact Figma team by submit a support request as ticket(#2095775) through AI support chat. But it’s been a week, I haven’t received any reply email. Is there a better way to contact related team to solve my request?

The official Figma plugin page shows “Add plugin.” When I select it, I get this error: “We couldn't load this plugin right now. Hi, I recently upgraded my account (redacted by the moderator due to PII) to a Professional plan with a Full seat. Before upgrading, I hit the API rate limit on the free Starter plan, and now I have a ~3.8 day cooldown on my account.I've already sent an email to support@figma.com but wanted to also post here. I’m the admin of the desing project account and while I was changing a dev seat to a full seat I added by mistake an unneeded seat. I only need 3 full seats and now i have 3 full seats and 1 dev seat. I’m trying to remove the extra dev seat from the account but i can’t find the option to do so. I can only change the seat of the current users or give the unwanted seat to someone else. It happened a few hours ago and I really don’t need an extra dev seat. Thanks. 

When creating a component that has a motion timeline and then using an instance of that component in a prototype, the component shows its final state in the frame, not its initial state (extra confusing when I have other non-motion elements in the frame with the same appearance as the component’s final state).What’s worse, when this is in a prototype that does a smart animate to the frame with the motion component, the component does a brief flash of its final state before running the animation from the beginning, breaking the transition.I understand it’s a beta, but is there any way to address this?

It worked completely fine before last release. It’s disrupting my workflow tremendously. Is that expected? or is it a bug?

I love the new addition of Figma Motion and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. In particular, the ability to export an animated SVG is fantastic and saves me so much time authoring animations “by hand”!ProblemI do however have a problem with the exported files. When I set up my animation in Figma, everything looks great. Exporting it as SVG adds additional transform attribute to the group, which (if it has animations) completely displaces it by said transform. When I remove the transform attribute from the group, the layout is fixed and resembles what I can see in Figma.I suppose the source of the problem is somewhere in the code that parses the animation set up in Figma and converts it to the SVG animation keyframes. Hi,My Figma account was originally created using Google sign-in. I successfully switched it to email/password, and I can currently log in normally with my existing account.I am trying to change the account email from [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] to [redacted by moderator to remove personal information].When I use Settings → Account → Change email, I receive the verification email at the new address and the verification link appears to complete successfully. However:There is no error or success message afterward. Settings → Account continues to show the old email. Refreshing the page does not change anything. I can still only log in using the old email.
