Hey,I wanted to upgrade my plan to a Professional plan, but I constantly ran into this problem with the billing address and telling me that my country does not support the currency.I filled in the credit card details and my billing address correctly. For context purposes, I live in the netherlands and pay in euros like everyone else and my credit card details are correct. I re-tried it multiple times. I find it weird to come along such a problem. Could I get help with this? 

I have the education plan, and have created a team with the education plan. When I go to the admin settings for the team, it confirms the education plan is set up correctly, saying it is the current plan. From what I understand, this plan comes with access to team fonts. I am using the Figma as an embed link, so when variables change text on the page, it reverts to a default font on the embedded website.However, there is no option to add a font to the team library, instead it says “Upgrade to the Professional plan or to an Organization to get access to shared libraries, etc...”, but education plan is equivalent to the Professional plan.I would appreciate some help resolving this, thanks! P.S. If there is a workaround to get custom fonts working in an embed, even when the text changes, without a Team Upload, please let me know!

I was trying to sign up for a paid plan, and the submit button was disabled (not best practice for accessibility, bc guess whaaaaat, a disabled button doesn’t tell you what’s missing to help you move forward) and it took me a WHILE to figure out what was missing - a checkbox that was nearly invisible on my screen.Of course, while logging into the Figma forum to post this, there was another similarly hard-to-see checkbox to agree to the terms, which even when checked was not as visible as the checked one on the payments page.Anyway big accessibility fail, probably costing some sales.

And I now have access to use it. But we need another user (User ID 1501174728832436270) in our company to use it. How can we transfer it to another user? The plugin developers' support team recommended that we contact you with this question.Thank you in advance.

 I don’t understand what exactly happened but I copied the main component and pasted in the other file. But something went wrong and the main component lost it’s crucial variable that still remains in the copied/pasted component in the other files without changing the main component (I believe).    This is the main component in my design system library. And it’s missing the variable, which for some reason remains in the pasted component below.   But if I click the update icon, the variable in the RED rectangle disappears like the main component above.How can I revert the main component to have this variable back?

I am an interaction professor at Minnesota State University, Mankato and I have three students that can’t get verified. We have contacted education@figma.com (no response), SheerID (completely unhelpful; see below), and read through several forum posts; all to no avail. I have spent hours trying to work through this issue.SheerID continues to reply with either “While we can't offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria. Hi I have published my design library to Figma Make’s private NPM repo as is described here https://developers.figma.com/docs/code/bring-your-design-system-package/.  I am able to create the project, install my library, and add all my guidelines files to the Draft and produce really cool stuff with my design system.  Editors on my team are able to click “Use in new file” and it works great for them as well.  However, once I publish a template for the whole org to use (that includes my installed library and guidelines (several files)), using the “Start from an example” chip creates a new Make project that is broken.  The guidelines are all gone and the package no longer installed, and it gives an error about missing Make files like follows: ❌ [vite] Internal Server Error Failed to resolve import "./styles/index.css" from "__figma__entrypoint__.ts". Hello, can anybody help me with this issue? I have several .fig files, and whatever I try to import them, it’s “Unsupported file format”. I tried Import from “Create new” dialog, I drad and droped , the same result.

I want to transfer my “html to Figma” plugin subscription to another user. Do I have to cancel my subscription first and will I get refunded when I cancel my plugin subscription.

All project files are visible and intact, but after changing the project default access to View-only, the team default access controls are missing in the UI. Specifically:- Share popup does NOT show the BisB team- Project settings do NOT show team access- Admin → Content shows nothingI cannot restore "Same as team" via the UI. Please reset the project default access to "Same as team" and reindex the project permissions so the team can have proper edit access. 

I have a professional plan in my team but Figma just shows me my personal free plan. This has happened today when I opened Figma, but I am still an admin, according to my colleague on the same plan. 

I am a student and i am trying to verify my student plan, but it says that i have exceeded my verification limit. I already uploaded all of my files that is required but it kept failing? i already contacted sheerID but they haven’t replied to me and i asked my school but they told me to ask in here.

Here for example, the colour of the icon is gradients, but when I open it to use a different gradient that in the library is grouped with all other gradients, for some reason you open the menu of library from the beginning. Please open it from the selected colour, not from the beginning, it’s very annoying to scroll all the time. Thanks!

Hi,I have a slot with a “swap” component, height and width set to hug.When I swap this for, let’s say, my “Tag” component which have fixed height, I have a problem.The height is correctly set to “Fixed”, but it match the previous height of the swap component.If I go to hug, then fixed again, the tooltip show me the correct fixed height, but as soon as I click on it, it jumped to the value of the swap component.Basically, that’s making it impossible to use with fixed height component.The only way to use that would be to wrap my component into a new local component and apply it to the swap, but what a waste of energy ! 

Hello, creating tokens for colors it’s simple, set the primitives and then you create the tokens with the value of the primitive of interest, in the end the value it’s just one.What about Typography? Figma Tutorial basically shows only how to create primitives, so you have the family font, size, weight and so on. But you can’t do the same with typography token, because one token contains at least 3 values, so 3 columns aka modes, but this cut out the starter plan but then even with the professional I am wondering how this works when the mode columns are instead used to point out at the font size for desktop, laptop, table and mobile.About online tutorials I didn’t find much, either you create the primitives and then you assign the variable in the right UI column for each ones of the parameters of the text and then you create a text style that then they call token, or they go on variables and create the group display, the group heading, the group body with inside the values but this cou

I have a project that I cannot export from figma slide to power point presentation format (PPTX).The error just show unable to export file. tried to export only the frame I needed, got the same issue. 

Hello! I encountered such a problem: I install the font, when I open the program again, the fonts are yellow (not installed), the same problem in the browser. Although they are installed on the computer. And also installed Font installers. I have to reinstall the fonts every time. What do you advise?topics before posting!
