How do I change my email to a student account email so I can get the education plan. I didn’t realize that was what I was supposed to do when I first created my account.

    Hi, ​@Tvilez 👋 Welcome to our community! The fastest way to get this fixed is to hook you up with support.

    Here’s the steps:

    • Go here — Support Hub: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
    • In the search bar, enter “Figma for Education”
    • Click “Start a chat”
    • (“Figma for Education” should now be in the chat text box) Press “Enter”
    • Add any additional details including the email you want to use for your .edu address
    • Once complete, make sure to check your email for your support ticket info
