Error verifying student account.

I have completed all the steps required to verify my student account, but I am still experiencing issues. My account remains on the free plan, which limits its functionality.

I am currently a Computer Science student at the Integrated University of Alto Uruguai and Missões (URI). My institutional email is: [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]

I have already tried the available verification methods, but none have worked so far. I noticed that some colleagues faced a similar issue and were able to resolve it by submitting proof of enrollment or other documents confirming their student status.

I am fully willing to provide any necessary documentation to complete the verification process. I would really appreciate your assistance, as I need access to the Pro features for my academic activities.
