Hi Figma Support,I'm unable to create a GitHub repository from Figma Make.The error is simply:"Could not create repository"I have already tried the following: Disconnected GitHub from Figma Make Fully closed Figma and the browser Opened a fresh Microsoft Edge session Reconnected GitHub Re-authorized the Figma GitHub integration Tried creating a completely new repository name, including "john" Confirmed that the repository name is not already in use The same "Could not create repository" error occurs every time.My Figma Make project is approximately 28 MB, so the project size is relatively small.I previously also saw 400/403/404 errors in the browser console related to the Figma Make/GitHub integration.Could you please check whether there is an issue with the GitHub repository creation API or my Figma account's GitHub integration and escalate this to the Technical Quality team if necessary?Thank you.

I'm trying to create a new GitHub repository from within Figma Make using the Create Repository flow in Make settings > GitHub. My personal GitHub account ("ChozaChat") is authorized through the Figma GitHub app with access to all repositories, and there are no restrictions such as two-factor authentication or IP allow lists on my account. The repository is successfully created on GitHub's end, but Figma Make still returns the error: "You do not seem to have sufficient permissions for the operation." After the error, the Push to... option does not appear, suggesting the link between the Make file and the repository was not fully established. I've tried deleting the repository on GitHub and re-running the Create Repository flow from Figma Make at least 5 times, but the same error occurs every time. Hi everyone, I am working on a simple card grid for a dashboard and I am stuck on how auto layout handles wrapping rows. I have a horizontal auto layout frame set to wrap, with several card components inside it. Each card has a title and a short description, but the descriptions are different lengths. When the cards wrap onto a new row, some cards stretch taller or wider than the others in the same row, so the grid looks uneven. What I have tried so far: setting the cards to a fixed width and fixed height, which keeps them even but cuts off longer text; setting the cards to hug contents, which fits the text but makes every card a different size; and changing the alignment and spacing on the parent frame, which did not stop the uneven stretching. Is there a recommended way to keep cards in a wrapping auto layout row the same size, while still letting the text wrap inside them? Or is this a case where I should use a different layout approach for the grid? Thanks in advance for any tips.

I have a professional plan with two seats. One full seat and one dev seat. I accidentally changed the dev seat to full seat by granting editing access to someone on dev seat. And now my entire plan has changed and I have two full seats that I don’t need and I can’t turn it back to dev seat without costing me more. And now I have a billing for 43 per month. This account is for the company and I don’t want any additional costs for the company. Please help me it’s so urgent and if I don’t solve this or pay the new bill, I will lose my access to the file.

I'm an admin on an Education team. I've published a Figma Design file as a library containing 44 components. The library is enabled in team settings (toggled On for Design files), and the source file's sharing is set to "Anyone in Team_Name can edit." (changed temporarily, but I would prefer just view permissions).As an admin, I can see and add the library from the Libraries modal in any file within the team. However, regular team members — who are verified Education users with member status (not guests) — cannot see the library at all. It does not appear when they search by name in Browse libraries, and it does not appear in their account Settings under the Library section.Here's what we've already tried:Confirmed the library is published (the Publish button is inactive, and I can use the library in other files with my admin account) Confirmed the consuming files are located within the Team_Name team (not in Drafts or another team) Confirmed affected users are verified Education membe

When I try to review and merge the branch, Figma identifies conflicts, but it doesn't provide enough detail to understand exactly what has changed or where the conflict is occurring.Coming from GitHub, I expected something similar to a diff view, where I could compare both versions side by side and identify the exact changes. How do you manage localized screenshots when the same design changes need to be applied across multiple languages? Are there any best practices involving components, variables, component properties, plugins, or other Figma features that could help automate or significantly reduce this repetitive work? Ideally, I’d like to make a change once and propagate it across all localized versions wherever possible, while still allowing for language-specific differences in text length and layout. I’d appreciate any suggestions, workflow examples, or plugin recommendations. I noticed that Figma in the last month secretly and illegally (without approval) upgraded my monthly starter Plan to Annual Professional, while still charging monthly fees for the upcoming month. How can this be fixed and the annual charge to be reimbursed?. I have submitted a ticket to the online portal, but no response. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.  

I’ve been using Figma for a few months and I’m building my first design system. I’ve hit a layout issue I can’t figure out.I have a button component with an icon and a text label inside an Auto Layout frame. I want the label to stretch with the button when I resize it so I tried setting the text layer to Fill container. But the option is either missing or greyed out in the resizing dropdown, and I can only choose Hug contents or Fixed width.What I’m trying to do:I want the label to expand or truncate properly when the text changes, without manually resizing every instance.Is there a setting I’m missing, or is my nesting structure the problem? 

Hi, first time poster here, and unfortunately it’s a frustrated post.Our latest Figma account manager (AM) has seemingly left the business. The previous two AMs we’ve had also have their emails bouncing back so I assume have also left.I’ve raised a support ticket over a week ago, no response.We need to change our contract and it’s seemingly impossible to do so!Anyone any ideas as to what i can do ?

I’m trying to find a plugin for exporting variables. I was very happy with Variables2css because it has alias fallbacks. But it won’t run at all if the file has extended collections. I then went down a wormhole trying to find another plugin, but all of the ones I tried (i must have tried like 6 of them) return “0 variables” or otherwise empty for the extended collections. I wanted to use Figma’s native export but it only outputs JSON, not CSS.

I’ve got four variable collections from unsubscribed, deprecated libraries that remain offerable in a file's variable MODE picker, with zero remaining consumers. They do not appear in the fill or colour picker. There is no UI affordance or plugin API to purge them.A designer can still apply a mode from a deprecated library, silently reintroducing a dependency on a dead token system. Nothing currently consumes these, so the file will not regress on its own.Claude says, “Needs a Figma-side fix.” Any suggestions?

On the last day of the previous billing period, I changed 2 Full seats to View seats because I wanted to avoid automatic renewal charges.However, my current Billing overview shows: Total seats: 27 Assigned seats: 0 Available seats: 0 View seats: 27 I can no longer find any available Full seats or a way to reverse this change. Hi all,I have a UI dashboard design as an Image, and looking to convert it into a Figma Design, i have used plugins: Convert  to Figma Design and CodeTea, but CodeTea after creating it, when i ungroup any section of the Dashboard it breaks entire UI, any recommended plugins or online tools, out there which converts the dashboard exactly as it is and without breaking the UI when editing it?

I keep running into the problem that I select, say, 5 files to export, but the downloaded zip file contains only 2. I don’t receive any kind of error, and there’s nothing obviously wrong with the other 3, I can download them just fine on the second attempt, they are just (seemingly randomly) skipped the first time. This doesn’t happen ALL the time, but often enough to be annoying. What could I be missing here?
