Hi,I can use Figma Make and it’s working perfectly. I am using Figma Site and it’s working perfectly. But, I can’t use Make in Site. When I am adding a code layer, or using Make in a frame, it’s saying “AI Features not Available.” I checked it in help center and it’s saying that there is connectivity issue but it’s not getting resolved for a week for me now. Help me resolving the issue. Thanks.

For my business, I have been requested to accept designs through FIGMA.  I will not be creating the designs, just consuming them.  How do View Seats work (I’m assuming that is what I need)?  Does each client need to provide me with a View Seat for their designs?  Can I get a view seat from the Free plan and use that to access any design?  Do I need to have my own paid plan?Example Scenario:  Three separate clients want to submit designs to me in FIGMA.  What do I need to do in order to access those designs?Thanks for any assistance!

Hi,I’m learning Figma Sites for the first time and following each step carefully to understand how it works. I built a simple layout with text on the left and an image on the right, using auto layout for everything. When I copy it into Sites, select my frame, and change the auto layout setting to “Fill container,” nothing happens — it doesn’t resize as expected. I followed the same steps shown in the YouTube tutorial, but my file behaves differently. Could you help me figure out what might be wrong?

I’ve tried multiple times, but it just doesn’t appear.Has anyone experienced this or knows how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance.

I keep on getting a reminder to head into dev mode to remind admins about an upgrade request. Like all the time. Every 10 or 20 minutes maybe. I don't think I ever made an upgrade request and I'm not part of any group that has admins. I signed up with my work email but I'm the only person at the company who uses Figma. It never happens on my personal account.Are other people receiving this as well? It's very annoying.

Hi everyone 👋I previously had access to the Figma Education Plan through the Google UX Design Certification on Coursera. I’ve now completed that program and I’m continuing to grow my portfolio while transitioning into UX design. When I tried to re-verify my Education plan this week, it asked me to be verified by a bootcamp admin. However, I/m not currently enrolled in any bootcamp or full-time program. I emailed education@figma.com twice but I haven’t received a response yet. Is there any alternative way of independent leaners or recent graduates to get verified? Hello community, i recently created a few projects with figma make feature, and i would like to transform the whole project to my wordpress website with all the functions and features.. i tried to first transform the project to a design but the functions get lost afterwards, i just have a simple design which is not what i seek.. anybody who knows a way around can reply here, and we discuss on the next steps.. thank you

When editing in Figma Buzz, I can only see this button that says ‘Edit Content’. But my coworker can see an additional option to ‘Change Layout’. We’re working from the same template file; why don’t I have this option? TYSM

Hello, I once had figma’s education plan but now it expired. I tried to reapply but it says “Verification Limit Exceeded” does this mean that the you can only have the education plan for only one time?

I have created a library of icons, some harvested from an icon library, some created in Illustrator etc. The icons are all vectors set up as shown:I have used these icons in buttons with 2 states default and pressed, the pressed state is the inverse of the default - simple monochrome. The colours are selected from a colour style:the buttons incorporate an instance swap for the icon. The issue I am having is that when I insert an instance of a button in the pressed state the icon in the pressed state behaves randomly, sometimes remaining black when it should be white. Default state is always OK, random behavior always occurs in the icons that have been recoloured in the pressed state. I am sure there are some best practices for creating icons and I am doing something fundamentally wrong. If anyone has a foolproof method for ensuring icons respect the colour state set in the button variant I am all ears!!full disclosure: not all the icons are noe set up the same as I have been experiment

(don’t have to be black) Ideally, if I click the green selected buttons again, the buttons at the top right would disappear.I’m wondering if this is possible using Variables and Conditions without doing the interactions with some “fake” overlays and hard-code everything.Each button is a instance of a button with the animated states inside.So far, I can’t figure out even where to start exactly.Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated! Im a student and for my college activities i need figma education plan, i used figma in the previous two semesters but now i cant verify my account no matter how much i tried, i either get error or verification limit exceeded and all im trying to do is send my student info in order to get education plan pass. Can somebody tell me where exactly should i send my student info in order to get this plan and how long will it take for me to get my education plan? 

Hello,I’ve been using Figma make for a couple of weeks, and I always saw “Attach a design” button. My colleague can see “Import from Figma” in the same dropdown menu in the chat. How can I also switch to “Import from Figma” instead?

I have created files sitemap.xml (13 links) and robot.txt in public. But when checking robot.txt I am redirected to the main page, and sitemap contains only one link to the main page. Google Search Console also sees only 1 link in sitemap. Requested help from the support but still no answer.

Why can’t I just export the selected pdf files merged and compressed?

When I’m selecting a color variable the previews aren’t showing even though my library is enabled and I’ve already tried restarting Figma and my computer? I’m also not on Figma beta
