Hello Figma Team / Community,I’m facing an issue accessing my Figma account.I originally signed up using my previous company’s Google account (which is now suspended because the company has shut down). As a result, I no longer have access to that email address and can’t receive password reset or verification links.Now I’m stuck because: Figma only allows email changes through confirmation on the old (suspended) address. Support replies are also being sent to that same old email, so I can’t see any responses. I still have full proof of ownership of the account (workspace name and other info).Could someone from the Figma team please contact me privately so I can verify my identity and update my account to a new email?(For privacy reasons, I’m not sharing my old or new email publicly, but I can provide both directly to the support team.)Thank you for your help! 🙏

I’m writing to report an issue regarding my Figma subscription. I signed up for a one-month Figma Pro membership with the order number KUONM0YH-0001. Subsequently, I requested to cancel the subscription, but no refund was processed. I understand that this cancellation only applies to the auto-renewal, which means I should still have access to the membership benefits for the current month. However, I currently do not have any Pro features available. Please look into this matter and resolve it for me at your earliest convenience.

I am not able to rotate gradients when I add the swatches from the Variables, however if they are not linked to the variables there’s no issue.

Hello,I’m creating a Figma plugin that collects data from the Figma file, I’m trying to get an image original dimensions but when calling getSizeAsync() I get a browser console log data dump, I also get the correct dimensions so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Hey can someone explain me how I can make the form submission actually sends out forms to services like getform or formspree? It never sends any submissions.Ive created the website via figma make.I asked the AI to make this form actually submit and didnt work. I used GPT to help me, but no. This might have messed up the code too. So Im rly lost and am not savvy in these areas at all.

Hi Community,We’re experiencing an issue with Figma variables after exporting design tokens via Token Studio and would appreciate your help.Setup: We maintain all our design tokens in a Google Sheet. This sheet is connected to Token Studio, and we regularly push and pull changes between the sheet and Token Studio. We then export these tokens from Token Studio to Figma as variables (and styles). Problem:After exporting, many variables or styles in Figma appear as broken (showing a question mark icon).Although the variables still exist, their values are not correctly resolved.To fix this, we currently have to manually remap the variables or styles each time in Figma in order to see the updated values. This happens repeatedly after exports, which makes maintaining tokens quite difficult.Expected behavior:

Hi, Im currently rebuilding my personal site with figma and upgraded to use some additional features. With hosting a website through figma, how does that work exactly? If I were to build the site with figma pro, host it and connect a domain name etc, will that website still be live if I decide to not renew my pro subscription and go back to basic?Thank you in advance

Until yesterday, our team used 1 annual full seats, and 3 monthly full seats.Today, I changed them to 2 annual full seats and 2  annual dev seats.So here’s the problem: I need to file in a expense report; the new boss wants to know how every cent is spent, and I can’t understand how or why the billings are so.If I’m being billed for December’s usage, December usage should be that of 3 full seats = 60$, which has been for the last couple of months.If I’m Paying for Annual, One-time charge, shouldn’t it be 1 annual full seat, 16*12=192$, and 2 dev seats 24*12=288$, which adds up to 480$? Even if it’s been prorated, just how does 200$ popup out of nowhere?Also, the billing page

Each icon comes with a mask, and the mask follows the shape of the icon, It also has an alpha color, (semi-transparent pink) Please, I need step-by-step instructions to learn how to create masks that follow the shape of the icon. Hi team 👋,I’m looking for clarification on how API rate limits are calculated when requesting specific node IDs compared to fetching the entire file.Questions: When calling the /nodes endpoint with multiple node IDs, does it count as: a single API request regardless of the number of node IDs, or multiple requests internally that affect rate limits? Is there any difference in rate-limit cost or weighting between: fetching the whole file, and fetching a subset of nodes? Do factors like number of node IDs, file size, or response payload size influence how rate limits are counted?

Hi everyone, I am fairly new at using Figma and I am running into an interaction issue on a thumbnail image tile component with an active and hover state. I replace the image on each instance by pasting a different image under the fill option. It shows the correct image when I manually switch between active and hover states on a frame but as soon as I prototype this it will always show the hover state image of the master component. It doesn`t change anything if I add the “while hovering” interaction on the instance instead of the master component. Any idea how to solve this would be much appreciated.
