I noticed that Figma in the last month secretly and illegally (without approval) upgraded my monthly starter Plan to Annual Professional, while still charging monthly fees for the upcoming month. How can this be fixed and the annual charge to be reimbursed?. I have submitted a ticket to the online portal, but no response. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.  

I’m trying to find a plugin for exporting variables. I was very happy with Variables2css because it has alias fallbacks. But it won’t run at all if the file has extended collections. I then went down a wormhole trying to find another plugin, but all of the ones I tried (i must have tried like 6 of them) return “0 variables” or otherwise empty for the extended collections. I wanted to use Figma’s native export but it only outputs JSON, not CSS.

I’ve got four variable collections from unsubscribed, deprecated libraries that remain offerable in a file's variable MODE picker, with zero remaining consumers. They do not appear in the fill or colour picker. There is no UI affordance or plugin API to purge them.A designer can still apply a mode from a deprecated library, silently reintroducing a dependency on a dead token system. Nothing currently consumes these, so the file will not regress on its own.Claude says, “Needs a Figma-side fix.” Any suggestions?

Hi everyone,I’m looking for advice on restoring 2 Full seats on my Figma Professional annual plan without incurring additional monthly charges.My current subscription is active until November 28, 2026. On the last day of the previous billing period, I changed 2 Full seats to View seats because I wanted to avoid automatic renewal charges.However, my current Billing overview shows: Total seats: 27 Assigned seats: 0 Available seats: 0 View seats: 27 I can no longer find any available Full seats or a way to reverse this change. When I try to switch a user back to a Full seat, I’m concerned that Figma may charge me for an additional seat on a monthly basis.Has anyone experienced this situation before?I’d appreciate your advice on the following: Is there a way to restore the 2 Full seats under my existing annual subscription? I’ve been using Figma for a few months and I’m building my first design system. I’ve hit a layout issue I can’t figure out.I have a button component with an icon and a text label inside an Auto Layout frame. I want the label to stretch with the button when I resize it so I tried setting the text layer to Fill container. But the option is either missing or greyed out in the resizing dropdown, and I can only choose Hug contents or Fixed width.What I’m trying to do:I want the label to expand or truncate properly when the text changes, without manually resizing every instance.Is there a setting I’m missing, or is my nesting structure the problem? 

I'm an admin on an Education team. I've published a Figma Design file as a library containing 44 components. The library is enabled in team settings (toggled On for Design files), and the source file's sharing is set to "Anyone in Team_Name can edit." (changed temporarily, but I would prefer just view permissions).As an admin, I can see and add the library from the Libraries modal in any file within the team. However, regular team members — who are verified Education users with member status (not guests) — cannot see the library at all. It does not appear when they search by name in Browse libraries, and it does not appear in their account Settings under the Library section.Here's what we've already tried:Confirmed the library is published (the Publish button is inactive, and I can use the library in other files with my admin account) Confirmed the consuming files are located within the Team_Name team (not in Drafts or another team) Confirmed affected users are verified Education membe

Hi all,I have a UI dashboard design as an Image, and looking to convert it into a Figma Design, i have used plugins: Convert  to Figma Design and CodeTea, but CodeTea after creating it, when i ungroup any section of the Dashboard it breaks entire UI, any recommended plugins or online tools, out there which converts the dashboard exactly as it is and without breaking the UI when editing it?

I keep running into the problem that I select, say, 5 files to export, but the downloaded zip file contains only 2. I don’t receive any kind of error, and there’s nothing obviously wrong with the other 3, I can download them just fine on the second attempt, they are just (seemingly randomly) skipped the first time. This doesn’t happen ALL the time, but often enough to be annoying. What could I be missing here?

Hello dear Community, As we’re continuously working with clients, our team was really fond of the setting “can view prototypes only”: sometimes we would invite specific people to view a prototype, other times we would allow anyone with the link and password to view the prototypes. This allowed us to be sure not to share the actual design file with the client (sometimes because they wouldn’t need it, or because we would prepare a specific file for the client). How do you manage localized screenshots when the same design changes need to be applied across multiple languages? Are there any best practices involving components, variables, component properties, plugins, or other Figma features that could help automate or significantly reduce this repetitive work? Ideally, I’d like to make a change once and propagate it across all localized versions wherever possible, while still allowing for language-specific differences in text length and layout. I’d appreciate any suggestions, workflow examples, or plugin recommendations. Hi, first time poster here, and unfortunately it’s a frustrated post.Our latest Figma account manager (AM) has seemingly left the business.
