I just started using Figma Make yesterday to create a user journey map. It’s awesome how it pads it out with realistic data. I shared the link with a few people yesterday. Some could see the preview, some could not. Today, whilst working on the file, I went to code view, then back to preview, and all I see is a blank page. I’ve refreshed the preview, reloaded the tab, duplicated the file, restarted Figma, restarted my laptop, and cleared my cache. Nothing works. I’ve even started again in a new file, with a new prompt, and still no preview. What else can I try?

Hi everyone,I’ve started working with Figma Slides, and I noticed the default slide size is always in a 16:9 ratio. For my current project, I need the slides to be in A4 format (portrait or landscape) because the presentation will be displayed in A4 size, not in widescreen.Is there a way to change the slide size in Figma Slides to match A4 dimensions directly? Or do I have to design in a regular Figma Design file with A4 frames and then present from there?I’d appreciate any tips or workarounds to keep the workflow inside Figma Slides while using the A4 format.Thanks in advance!

Even though the max value is not set in the H container size of the text in the auto layout state, it is not hug more than a specific size. I can hug up to 3 lines, but I can't hug from 4 lines.The top layers are all hug too so why is this?

Hi everyone,I'm developing an app feature that requires importing a Figma file and its nodes to create a hierarchy navigation tree. The goal is to register user clicks and analyze data from the Figma prototype.My process involves traversing all possible nodes to identify those with navigation actions.I'm running into a significant issue with large Figma files containing hundreds of thousands of nodes. When I try to process these files, I frequently hit the API rate limit and receive a 429 "Too Many Requests" error.I've already tried a few things: I switched from fetching the entire file at once to fetching nodes individually. This helped with smaller files, but the 429 error still occurs with complex designs. I've checked the Figma API documentation and am aware of the rate limits, but the volume of my requests doesn't seem to exceed the typical per-minute limit. This suggests the issue might be related to the sheer size or complexity of the file itself, rather than just the number o

I’ll be leaving my organization soon. Before I leave, I want to make sure that everyone in my Figma org can continue working off of files that I own. I’m not an admin either. I also want to make sure that current viewers of my files who do not hold Figma seats can also retain access to my files. How do I do this? Would it be as simple as moving all my files into a new Project shared by the rest of the team? Thank you.

Hi, I need help recovering access to my Figma files. My Figma account was linked to my university email (example@university.edu), which has been deactivated after graduation without notice. I can no longer log in, and all my design files (3+ years of work) are stuck there.I have a personal Figma account (example@gmail.com) and would love to transfer the files there if possible. The university confirmed they cannot restore the email.Is there any way Figma support can help me regain access or move the files?Thanks so much in advance!

I have tried to reverify for education plan in Figma. Figma had asked me to submit my Passport or other identifications. After Some attempts, I came to know that they have blocked me for further submission. Need a solution on it.]

How, with a short cut key can I see all the short cuts? In the UI it is specified as Ctrl+Shift+? but that only works on US International keyboards. It would be ok-ish that it doesn't but in that case it should not say so in at least two locations in the UI.  

I am working on a project with my uni friends and this only pops up on mine. I can’t edit anymore(I could few weeks ago). This has never happened before, my friends use the free plan as well.

I set intercations to switch from one page to another, everything works well, but when I add an overlay to make a header appear different from the main one, which opens in scroll when you scroll down, it works but the other interactions no longer work. My content extends beyond the bottom of the frame, but I cannot scroll in Prototype preview.I was advised to select the frame and find the ​​"Constraints"​​ section in the right-hand Design panel, then change the setting from ​​"No scrolling"​​ to ​​"Vertical scrolling"​​.​​However, I cannot locate this "Constraints" setting at all in my panel.​​ My panel mainly shows style options like fill, stroke, and effects.Could you please guide me on how to find or reveal this option? Hi! For some reason, Figma thinks that when I’m writing a copy to a text element, I try to use the one-button keyboard shortcuts, for example O, I, L, instead. This makes it very difficult to write practically any copy texts because whenever I press for example “i”, the color picker activates. Could you please either make it possible to disable these one-button shortcuts or make them two-button shortcuts? Or is there some other workaround that I’m missing?

Hi. I started newly use figma and ı can’t find it constraints. Anyone can help? 

In Figma, I have DS Library A with Variable Set A and DS Library B with Variable Set B. Our shared icon library uses Variable Set B. When icons are used in Library A, colors get overwritten with variables from Set A. However, the theme switcher from Set B still shows up when applying variable modes.(i nailed it down to this problem, no other ghost variables or anything in the component. only components with an icon in it have this issue)What can I do to get this variable mode to disappear?

We run daily campaigns, and the file is becoming quite large. How can I best utilize Figma’s features to streamline the process—creating templates that make campaign design easier, faster, and more efficient—so we can get the images handed over to the dev team more quickly?

I’m in a large org with a mature design system (~75 components), pulling library usage data from the Figma REST API.When I sort the output by component, the API spits out every variant and sub component in the library. This means that a design system library with 75 components might show as several hundred components in the data… which is too messy to be useful for my stakeholders.How are people filtering down this data to make it readable?In my pilots I categorized components using a manually populated table, but that’s not an approach that is scalable (when I scan all 10 version of our design system library I wind up with thousands of components to categorize).You can see in the Library Analytics Modal within Figma that they group variants under their main components (I’m assuming using the file hierarchy to group them) but this isn’t available in the API.

Anyone have ever know the flow, after we done testing what we did in figma make, possible to go live, production system, using our own domain , hosting etc. Anywant have idea, new here, please do advice if possible the steps. thanks
