Question

Is there a way to lock the zoom percentage when flicking through Figma Slides?

When flicking through the deck, I like to be able to maintain a consistent review point between slides. I normally design with a bit of space around each page, so when I’ve zoomed out a bit on one slide, what happens when I flick to the next page is that Figma automatically zooms to fit the page.

This makes reviews quite difficult when you’re used to being able to fix the zoom setting in other programs.

Fingers crossed this is something that can be amended, any help would be much appreciated!

Answering my own question, but just noticed that if I set the view % to a number between 82% — 99%, I can set the zoom point, and flick between slides locked at this point.  happy result!

The above was the case yesterday, today it’s reverted back to losing the zoom settings when flicking through pages

Same here, SO annoying. Every time I change slides or add a new one, it defaults to “Zoom to Fit”.

C’mon, @Figma, this is pretty basic. A quick win here. I bet one junior developer can fix it in less than a day. Chop chop.
