Hi, I noticed that the AI button is gone when I open Figma today, and I can’t find the “Add relevant content” feature when hovering over a Frame. Has this feature been removed or relocated?

AI tools are currently available only on paid plans, and access can also depend on your seat type within a team or organization. You can find more details here: Who can use AI tools?
If you’re not seeing the AI features in your account, it might be due to one of the following:

Your team or organization has opted out of AI features.

Your seat type doesn’t include access to certain AI tools.
As for the “Add relevant content” feature you mentioned, could you double-check if it might have been part of a plugin or widget you were using?
