I’ve added a prototype to my slide, but it is quite obviously pixelated. The frame for the prototype is 1512x982. The prototype looks fine on it’s own, but once it’s placed in slides, it seems like it gets downscaled, specifically to 400x259. Any ideas on what I’m missing? Attached are three pictures: 1. The view directory from the prototype, 2. Immediately after adding to Slides, and 3. I’m importing the design in Figma to Wix, and this is what happens. How to fix this?  

Hi. I accidentally turned my whole project into a vector. I went to check my autosave history and only have one checkpoint for some reason at 9:57, 10 minutes after this happened.In retrospect, this was a stupid mistake. It all happened because I got annoyed that the pixel grid wasn’t showing on my screen so I thought hitting every single key on my keyboard while holding the command key on my Mac down. If you have any idea as to what could possibly done to reverse this it would really be appreciated.

Hello support team,I have used figma.com free ai features for some time, it is good. So now I determine to buy it for person,  and my company said the company can reimburse me because that is company task. You know it needs receipt of company, however, I have to pay by myself.  So I want to know how I can get the company receipt but I use my personal credit card to pay. Looking forward to your response. 

Problem: When I apply the Underline decoration formatting to text that includes a superscripted ‘registered trademark’ symbol (this is a non negotiable inclusion), the underline hugs the baseline of the superscript part, so visually the line breaks between the non-superscripted characters. Font being used is Arial for accessibility reasons so it cannot be changed.I have seen other users posting this issue as far back as 2024 and there has clearly been no fix other than the suggestion to change fonts which is not possible. Arial is such a universally used system font I can’t understand why this is even an issue to begin with.Below is an illustrated breakdown of the issue: Desired effect... 

Hello everyone, Its been a a week since I started learning Figma, and I am running into the following issue.When I remove the horizontal and vertical padding from the auto layout frame of an instance  of a Text Component, I see that the frame does not wrap the text. It just reduces its height to 0 Here are the steps which I followed.Created a text field and wrapped it in autolayout, added a stroke.  Converted it into a component Added another variant , named them Default and Hover. Created the instance . Set the horizontal and vertical padding to 0 in the instance .I was expecting to see the autolayout frame wrapped around the text. I am unable to understand , why setting the padding to 0 leads to this. As a test, I tried adding fill to the instance. Initially it did not appear, but when I reset the padding values, the fill appeared.Please have a look at the screenshots I have attach

Hi all,I’m running into an issue with Smart Animate that seems to be a recent regression. I’ve used Smart Animate successfully across multiple components in my file, and everything was working fine in Present mode until this past week.Now, some animations that used to work perfectly are either:• Not playing at all, or• Playing incorrectly (e.g. jumpy, incomplete, or skipping interpolation)Here’s what I’ve found through troubleshooting:• The animations still work when I isolate the animated component and test it on its own.• They break only when nested inside more complex parent components (which contain other nested instances).• Detaching the parent instance or simplifying the nesting restores the expected animation behaviour.• Clearing Figma’s cache and restarting the app had no effect.• I haven’t changed anything in the component structure that would explain this — it genuinely seems to have br

I need to make a presentation which has about 100 slides. I have a slide template in Figma.Is there a way to automate the creation of the files without laboriously copy pasting each line?

I really need help on working around Connected Project not allowing between Org/Pro with same email domain. If someone have experience on solving this it would be a great help. Our project is being delayed and we really need a solution. Four company with same work email domain (because same holding company) All teams have a figma Org/Pro that was made with work email domain.  Our company has Design System Library we use among our internal teams.  We have a mega project, where we need to share this library with other 3 companies. We are attempting to have connected projects for each company, and allow our library usage. Figma won’t allow connected project due to same email domain. I don’t know if this is a bug or simply a feature I don’t get: Shadows look completely different when applied to a shape with a fill vs. an auto layout of the same dimensions with the same fill. Even stranger, when clip content is applied to the auto layout the shadow looks the same as it does on the shape.Is there anything I can do to ensure a shadow renders the same whether or not it is applied to a shape, a frame or other object? And what’s with the clip content difference? I would have expected the shadow to look different with clip content enabled, not the other way around.I’d be much obliged if anyone could enlighten me. 

I've been trying to figure this out for an hour, but I've tried many different methods and still can't find a way to do it. I'm wondering if Figma allows text to start from the first line to the following line like in the black outline area? Thanks!

Hi all! So my problem is that when I try to draw a donut-like shape applying fill to it after just fills everything inside, including a hole that supposed to be left empty. What did I do wrong? 

Help! I have an image that has an outline of a text wrap that I need to flip horizontally. When i flip everything it makes the words backwards. How can I fix this? Picture for reference.  

Hi Figma Community!I’ve run into a really frustrating issue and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced it. I’m on macOS Tahoe (26.1 (25B78) Using Safari (Version 26.1 (21622.2.11.11.9)) I create a new project and a single frame I create a new text layer in Design mode The text box appears, but I can’t click inside it The right-hand panel shows text settings, but they’re all greyed out I’ve tried: creating a new file, clearing cache, checking locks, not in components—nothing works It feels like the text tool is completely stuck. I can’t even edit text in old files. Please help, this is driving me crazy!!TIA :)

Our team has started using Make quite heavily on the Enterprise plan, and while we know each full seat currently gets 4,250 credits per month, we haven’t been able to find any analytics or reporting within the admin interface.A few specific things I’m wondering: Is there any current workaround or API access to view usage across the organisation? Have any Enterprise teams received usage summaries or reports directly from Figma Support? Does anyone have early insight or indicative pricing for when Figma starts allowing additional AI credit purchases (mentioned for 2026)? Hi everyone,I’m trying to verify for the Figma Education plan and I’m stuck: the verification flow shows:“Verification Limit Exceeded… you’ve already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer.”But my Figma account still shows I’m not verified, and I can’t proceed. I believe a failed attempt got counted and now I’m locked out. I’m a student and used my school email domain (happy to share the exact account/email privately with a Figma staff member). I contacted SheerID and my support request was closed without a reset, so I’m not sure what the next step is.Does anyone know how to reset verification attempts / clear the lock, or how to get a manual review from Figma support? I can provide screenshots and account details privately if a moderator/staff can escalate.Thanks!

Is everyone around here ever able to use Template styles in Figma Slides? EVERY time we paste a slide from another presentation, it creates a ‘new’ template so we end up with a dropdown full of slightly similar templates styles and it is impossible to delete them unless I switch every culprit style to the ‘main’ style. But doing usually changes things around so we just gave up trying to use them 😭 Here is a screenshot of the dropdown in most of our slide decks:
