Issue Publishing a New Plugin Version – "We have detected a change in your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed."

I'm unable to publish an update to my Figma plugin because I keep receiving the following message:

"We have detected a change in your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed."

I've already contacted Figma Support via email but haven't received a response or confirmation.

Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to resolve it? I'd appreciate any advice on how to remove this restriction and resume publishing plugin updates.

Hi @jin22, Celyn from the Figma Community Support team here.

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry you are still waiting to hear back on your support ticket #2231481.

I understand that you’re currently blocked from publishing an update to your plugin. This can happen when certain account details change, and you’ll need to verify your account with our Platform Support team before proceeding.

I’ve located your existing ticket and added an internal note to bring it to the team’s attention. They’ll follow up with you directly through your ticket as soon as they’re able, so please keep an eye on your inbox.

Thanks for your patience while the team looks into this!
