I’ve added a prototype to my slide, but it is quite obviously pixelated. The frame for the prototype is 1512x982. The prototype looks fine on it’s own, but once it’s placed in slides, it seems like it gets downscaled, specifically to 400x259. Any ideas on what I’m missing? Attached are three pictures: 1. The view directory from the prototype, 2. Immediately after adding to Slides, and 3. After scaling up to fit the space in SlidesView from prototype (1512x982)size once added to prototype (400x259)blurry once scaled up (1146x742) 

 I don’t understand what exactly happened but I copied the main component and pasted in the other file. But something went wrong and the main component lost it’s crucial variable that still remains in the copied/pasted component in the other files without changing the main component (I believe).    This is the main component in my design system library. And it’s missing the variable, which for some reason remains in the pasted component below.   But if I click the update icon, the variable in the RED rectangle disappears like the main component above.How can I revert the main component to have this variable back?

Hello, creating tokens for colors it’s simple, set the primitives and then you create the tokens with the value of the primitive of interest, in the end the value it’s just one.What about Typography? Hello! I encountered such a problem: I install the font, when I open the program again, the fonts are yellow (not installed), the same problem in the browser. I have multiple components created to make it easy to resize my social media frames. I just swap the components and they resize as expected. Now I have hundreds of instances (all in one size) and I want to generate multiple instances for each in various sizes by swapping the components. Has anyone found a batch script that can swap components? I was looking at Automator to see if I could build something, but not having much luck figuring that out.

I am writing to request a billing adjustment.I was previously on a Dev Mode seat ($15/mo). After using a few dozen AI credits, I realized the 500-credit limit was insufficient for my needs, so I decided to upgrade to a Full seat.However, after clicking the upgrade, my next invoice shows a total of $40. I expected to pay only the prorated difference to upgrade my existing seat to Full (which should be around $20/mo in total for a monthly plan), but it seems the system has charged me for both seats separately.I would like to: Cancel the redundant Dev seat and keep only one Full seat. Adjust the invoice so I am only charged the difference for the upgrade. Please let me know how I should proceed to fix this and modify the charges.

Hi there!  What an incredible world we live in.  I have been a business owner for 35 yrs, and since day 1, I was always working with a programmer, or support team to improve my business processes through software. Now I can make software apps on my own?  WOW.    I have been around all of this a long time, but never learned to code.  I know some principles and have a mildly informed philosophy on how to build software.  I basically wing it and use my builder brain to guide me.. but thats not sustainable for making REAL software that people rely on in business.  Not yet at least. So , I wonder what I can actually do with Make.  Can i do all the same things that all of the other Figma products do , just with an agent doing it for me?I am dreaming up all kinds of fun ideas with it.. but I really dont know whats possible vs what is not. Anyone want to send me down some fun rabbit holes?​​​​​​​

Converted over to Figma from Sketch. Had a very large Sketch file that I consolidated into two files. One file had the bulk of the work, and the second had extras that were less commonly used, but still important. I made the mistake of not importing it all into Figma at the same time. I imported the more important file, and had to do a lot of work to fix components so I was back to working order.Now, I’m looking to import the smaller leftover file, but they use the same components as each other. The first file now with updated, Figma friendly configs. The older with the malformed components from conversion. I’m looking for the best way to merge and clean everything up, if that’s at all possible. These files are dense, 4 years old with lots of art boards and components. Is there a workflow I should be following to the bring the new file into the fold, without having to go through all of that work fixing the converted components? I’m not using a library. Hi everyone,Our Figma team got locked because a monthly invoice from January 8 is overdue.The subscription period on the invoice is Jan 8 – Feb 8, and access has been locked since then.If I pay this overdue invoice now: Will the subscription be considered active retroactively from Jan 8? Or will Figma restart the billing period from today (Jan 26)? In other words, will I effectively lose most of this billing period, or does Figma reset the cycle after payment?

We are on an organization plan where the admin setting “Allow links to be shared with anyone outside your organization” is disabled.Because of this, we are unable to share prototype-only links with external users who do not have Figma accounts, even when the intent is view-only and password-protected.Can you please confirm the following: When this org-level setting is disabled, there is no way to share prototype-only links publicly, including password-protected links. There is no team-level, project-level, or file-level exception available for this setting. If this is correct, are there any supported workarounds recommended by Figma for client or stakeholder prototype reviews where users cannot create Figma accounts?
