Accidental Full Seat Charge After Granting Edit Access, Can It Be Cancelled?

I understand that you accidentally assigned a Full seat to a collaborator and are looking for a way to avoid the resulting charge.

Just for context, when a new paid seat is added or approved, the charge is prorated from the date of approval through the end of the current billing period and added to the next invoice.
