When I started making unblocked games for school, I accidently made two extra files, and I'm trying to spend 0 dollars, please I need to delete these to make some unblocked games.

Hi everyone, I have a question and cannot find the clear answer to it. For now Figma proposes so called “seats” (Full, Dev, Collab, View). In my small company, we have 30 people. We need to be able to create unlimited separate FigJam boards (just usual ones, no design boards, no dev boards - just boards where we can upload pictures, put basic rectangles and text blocks) + we need the whole team of 30 people be able to upload pictures and delete pictures, and write something on this basic board. So here is my question. Considering all the above mentioned information, can we just buy 1 Collab seat, and all other people - will be able to upload and delete pictures, being on the View seat? Or all 30 people should have the Collab seat as minimum, to have such an ability? 

As you can see, I am unable to export a library I have made for a project to figma make and I am not able to select the library from figma make either since it’s not listed there.Which is strange, since I also have a free tier team, and the library published from there is available to select from the figma make chat box, but the libraries published from my pro tier team are not there. Please help me understand this system. Also where do I check how many tokens I have left for this month?

Hi everyone,I’m facing a challenge with our current Figma component library. Some of the existing components were built without Auto Layout or have an inconsistent internal structure, which makes them difficult to maintain and scale.I’m planning to redesign and improve some of these components (mainly restructuring them and introducing Auto Layout). However, the updated versions would have a slightly different internal architecture compared to the original ones.My concern is how to replace the old components with the new ones without breaking or heavily impacting the designs that already use the existing instances across multiple files.What would be the best approach in this situation? Should I try to preserve layer naming and structure to allow swapping? Is it better to introduce a new component version and migrate gradually? Are there any recommended workflows or best practices for handling this in an established design system? I’d really appreciate any advice or experiences with

Hi,We’ve added videos for a presentation. But all the videos are cutting short and playing 3 seconds instead of the added file (different lengths)The added videofiles are in .mov. We also tried mp4. But no go.Should’nt there be at least a Duration tab in the right hand toolbar?

I find opening Figma links in the app to be extremely tedious; either I have to let the browser open a useless tab before redirecting to the app, or I have to go to the app and find the action manually in the toolbar (WHY is it not accessible via the command palette??). I have tried setting a custom shortcut via my MacOS settings, but it does not work.The only other solution I can think of is by using Raycast Quicklinks to open a selected URL using the Figma app, but this isn’t working either. I’m going insane, has anybody figured out how to deal with this?

I want to add different meta description for each article in CMS collection. At site’s settings, I can see the Title field is taking dynamic value form the article but Description is not for CMS pages. Can someone help ​@Figma_Support? 

This feature exists in Adobe XD, where you can quickly open an image in Photoshop for editing. I find it a bit frustrating that Figma doesn’t seem to have a similar shortcut.Is there a plugin or workflow that allows something like this?

Quick question about the layout grid. So say I have 3 objects, I turn Auto layout on and select Grid and then set the Grid to 3x1. I go into my Grid settings and set each grid item to hug and the rows to Hug. Everything is super.Grid of 3x1But then...I think you know what? I want a 1x3 Grid! So I change it and it works great, yay!1x3 Grid!Then I’m like: “omg that is lame, I need to return to 3x1!” So I go back into the Grid property and I try to change back to 3x1 and when I try, Figma is not cooperative. Figma says nope, and sometimes it reverts to 3x3 or 3x2. And the items stay in the left column. Why?And no matter how I try I can’t use the Grid property to go back to 3x1, unless I drag my items into those positions then change it in the grid property, or by deleting grid rows. So ultimately my question is: why can I go from 3x1 to 1x3, but not back again? Whyyy!?Cheers!

I am a freelance/remote designer and have a seat on a corporate Figma workgroup of around 8 people (marketing and developers). I create design/create components and marketing will create pages and mark for development. Our primary fonts are "Inter Tight" and "Nunito Sans". Both are Google fonts and should be supported by Figma? I am having trouble with the "Inter Tight" font. When someone on the team pulls components in and edits the content the font changes to "Inter" and messes up the formatting. I have created and uploaded text styles for all to use. Can someone explain what is going on here and walk me through steps to lock down these fonts for the group (if that's possible?). Please see attached screenshots.

The interface changed this morning, and there used to be a navigation on the top and you can click through different pages of the website in design mode, and preview/make changes. It now disappeared! Help please, how do I preview different pages now?

I want to be billed for only 1 seat but the invoice shows more seats. I have  already removed other users but is still being billed for multiple seats. I am seeking clarification and resolution to only pay for 1 seat. I want to update my existing invoice to just 1 seat not 2. 

Hello,I’m trying to  build a repsonsive barchart with bars and a XY axis labels like this: To make the bars overlap the graph labels and dotted lines I have the bars as a fixed position.What I cant do is make this responsive. When stretched the fixed postion bars do not respond to the new width. So it looks like this: Fixed bar positionIs there a way to have the Y value of the bars fixed but have the width fill?

I want to delete only the “IU ORANGE” but somehow I can’t right click, does anyone has any advice? 

Figma Make has the ability to allow users to make unique pages. I’ve used this in several projects. When I duplicated project, the function disappears from the top toolbar. Why is this? How do I get it back?

I’m trying to understand how to help my designers produce Figma Make files that use our design system components and standards.If we were to enable Figma MCP server for my org, would that allow designers to constrain Figma Make to only use our design system?Or would we need to use an npm package or Make Kits for that?

Hi everyone,I'm trying to implement a tab-based navigation layout in Figma Sites below my hero section. I created the tabs in Design Library with component variants for active states and enabled them in my Figma Sites, but I'm struggling to make each tab link to and display its specific content section.Currently, the variants change visually, but they don't dynamically switch the corresponding content for each tab.What is the best way to implement a working tab structure in Figma Sites so that each tab loads its respective content when clicked? Is there a recommended approach using anchors, components, or another workaround?Would appreciate any guidance from anyone who has implemented tabs successfully in Figma Sites. Thanks!

I have never met a Figma branch conflict that I could resolve 😥 Not one.I’ve read all of the relevant help center articles (including this potentially outdated one that focuses on conflicts) and I’ve watched video tutorials, but none of them provide enough information. I understand what conflicts are and why they need to be resolved, I’ve done it in other programs, but I can’t figure out Figma’s particular UI for this process.I need help understanding this window: Is anyone aware of... anything anywhere that explains this window in any amount of depth?Has this UI been updated since the Help center articles were written?I could try to list all my questions in this forum post but I have a lot, and there might be stuff I dont know that I dont know. I need this window explained to me like I’m 5 😭🙏 Something HAS to exist somewhere out there, right?

If the team owner is no longer employed and the associated company email address has been permanently deactivated, what documentation would Figma Support require to authorize an ownership reassignment?

So I had a Site already made (I’m the owner) and then I upgraded to an Education plan courtesy of my college. Suddenly I lost access to the editing features of the site? The Site had already been shared with my group members and they can’t edit either.I checked, and I’m still the owner of the file and all of my group members have “can edit” by their name. However, all of us have exclaimation marks by our names with the popup “An admin needs to update your seat so you can edit”. Am I not automatically an admin as an owner? I went into the admin settings on my project and there’s no way for me to grant myself edit access either. Frankly, this is ridiculous and poor design on Figma’s part.

The error message above prompt says : Files that are too largelarge files break figma make but i have deleted some of those files and it still stock on same message 

Hi, I am trying to link a card to a specific section in another page. Is that possible in Figma or is it a limitation? 

I have a prototype, interaction is:From main screen tap on icon > icon opens up an overlay which has a carousel (4 in the set), you can move left/right between the carousel, and there’s a ‘got it’ CTA on each one for closing. It’s all working fine, apart from if you tap outside of one of the interactions (ie. you hit the background of the modal, not the arrows or CTA), in which case, the overlay reverts to the first in the sequence, the width expands to fit the entire screen, and the ‘got it’ CTA no longer closes the overlay. You can run through the carousel again, but you can’t actually close it anymore.I have checked EVERYTHING I thought this could be, and nothing seems to be leading to this issue.
