Refund request for past invoices

I’ve been searching for a way to submit my previous invoices for a refund requisitions as I have not used Figma in any capacity in two billing cycles since I’ve started working again. How can I go about this? 

 

Is there an email or a link to submit a message?

I did some initial checking using the email address tied to your forum account (which I believe is also your Figma account email), and I’m not currently seeing an active subscription associated with it. That said, I have limited visibility into account details, so it’s possible I’m just not able to locate it.
