Helpdesk Japfabest

We plan to purchase the Professional Plan on an annual basis. To proceed with the purchase, we require the following documents for current year:
Form No. 41
No PE (Permanent Establishment) Certificate
Tax Residency Certificate (TRC)

Please note as per DTAA , to avail concessional rate of holding Tax (TDS), we require above 3 documents. Please provide us for current year.

After receiving the tax documents, I intend to purchase the plan without delay. I kindly request you to make the documents available as soon as possible.

Additionally, I would like to request you to please disable the auto‑renew option and remove the saved credit card from the Figma portal, as our accounts team prefers not to store credit card details on any portal or enable auto‑renewal processes.

Regarding your questions on disabling auto-renewal and removing your credit card:

At the moment, auto-renewal can’t be turned off independently - it’s tied to the plan being active, and will only be disabled if the plan is canceled. Once canceled, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made after that.

For payment details, a valid payment method does need to remain on file to process any upcoming invoices. If the saved card is removed, future payments won’t be able to go through, which may interrupt your billing.
