I didn’t find the option to delete the shared file. If possible can anyone in the community help me to resolve the issue?

I have to say, these new membership plans and permissions are the most frustrating thing I’ve ever encountered. I’ve spent so long with my clients, guiding them to move their projects to their own accounts so they have the flexibility to share access with whoever they want and pay for these ridiculous “design seats.” Then, I have to ask them to add me and give me edit access, which involves endless screenshots and messages once again + the time spent learning the new restrictions. I’ve paid for a professional team annual plan, yet my client can’t give me edit access because apparently, I’m flagged as a “Restricted account that needs to be upgraded.” Honestly, I want to give up at this point and switch back to Sketch or Adobe XD. It’s such a waste of time and money.

Hi there, I have designed a shirt in Figma and as you can see, there are no gaps in the shirt. However, when I export it there are thin little lines between the pieces that make up the shirt (see image) Please assist 🙂

Hello, I’m discovering Slides and for now I’m still confused with some functionality. First, maybe it’s just because it’s still deploying, but sometime some panels just doesn’t show up like the layers panel or the position panel. Sometimes i can’t see the video parameters (autoplay/loop/mute). I am surprised there is no YouTube video embed. So I uploaded them from local files. But the fact there is no play button or icon on it is kind of weird. If I have a slide with 2 videos, I can’t have an autoplay. But there is no information in presentation mode telling me it’s not an image. I’m also disappointed that you can’t restore video state when you change slide and come back, i would love to be able to reinitialize the video at its beginning. What do you think, am I missing some settings ?

We are merging two pdfs into one. The first pdf is coming from an html script with 595 pixel width, the second is coming from Figma, also with a 595 pixel width. However, when I export the frames in Figma as a PDF, the pixel width changes to be in the 700s. So when I merge the two pdfs together, they are different sizes. Why is this happening?

If I try to right click on an element in the canvas the right click menu doesn’t appear but it does work when you right click on that element in the the list of layers. In the browser you can right click in both and that is preferable

Hi all, I’ve this component library that I publish to other Figma files when I make a change. But in the last few weeks there’s this blue dot (notification) that sits on the libraries icon. I click on it and I see the Publish button is active, then I click Publish but then on the next screen button turns disabled. On that modal and it also mentions I have 9 changes in this file, which I went through each component and I can’t find what those changes are? Can someone please help me how I can find those changes and why I can’t publish anything? thank you

The recent update to Figma’s independent rounded corner tool has – I’m sure – no doubt been helpful to those unfamiliar with CSS. For myself and others, it was never a problem since the logic was clear, and we could simply tab through each input field. So while I’m happy with the new design, I feel Figma definitely needs to retain the original tabbing order of top-left, top-right, bottom-right, and finally bottom-left. I believe this correction would be a good middle ground for those unfamiliar with the tool, and those who are very familiar with how it should logically reflect CSS.

But now Figma gives URL in the following format: https://www.figma.com/design/9C0Vp58ZQcvJC0G4gM6dIH/Common-pages?m=auto&t=Q2kLcrXlPng5YLvB-1 So, no more “node-id” in URL. My questions:. What is it “t=Q2kLcrXlPng5YLvB-1”? How can I use it to find a node in a document? Thanks

So often when I’m looking for iOS or Material designs, I’m finding old outdated versions. Are UI Kits planned to be long term officially supported by Apple and Google, or will they fall out of date similar to kits that are on the Figma Community?

Hi, I worked on 2 new draft files few days ago. I open Figma again and initially i did see all my files as it was, suddenly it goes missing from the recent files. I was able to retrieve access of one through the prototype preview, but it shows that I can only View and not edit. It seems my file ownership is removed and i can only view my own file. Has anyone else gone through this? Please explain what is happening.

It would be super super super awesome if the Figma Library Analytics were opened up for the REST API, would love to add these types of analytics and health checks to a doc site or other dashboards.

The URL format has changed, and I can’t obtain the file ID 😂 Is there a way to obtain the ID of a specific file?

Hi, I’m having a difficult time with my second project on Figma. I’m unable to create a flow on my responsive website design. I’ve tried duplicating the project/copy and pasting it to a new layer, and even tried to start building it from scratch again, but nothing is working. I’ve reached out to the support team twice but haven’t gotten a response yet. Can anyone help me?!

Does figma do not support overlay prototype components in different pages? Or I am doing something wrong? I created button component with hover overlay effect (prototype) of listed menu items, hoverver If I use same component button in different PAGE drop down menu overlay doesn’t work. I want to know if it’s possible to take one design image and put it on multiple mockup images at the same time so I don’t have to do it one at a time. In Figma pages I have created 2 folders, one Designs and one Mockups and places my content in them respectively. How do I take one design image and apply it to several mockup images all at the same time? Can’t figure it out 😦

Hi everyone! 👋🏾 I created a Component which has 4 Variants that appear by hovering. In Variant 4 there’s an element (a button) to which I would like to apply the “Scroll to” function to make it scroll to a lower section of the page. In order to do this, I momentarily set the instance used on my work page to the fourth variant, then I created the “Scroll to” interaction. But when I set the instance back to Default, the interaction doesn’t work. It only seems to work if I keep the instance on Variant 4. I’d need the instance to be on Default and that only after hovering, thus passing to Variant 4 where the button actually is, the interaction is enabled. Does anyone know how to help me? 😢 Thanks a lot! 💜
