It’s is showing black screen without any error message. I tried to uninstall and clear all the files in file manager and reinstalled it again but still it's not opening I tried All the method listed below : 1. Clear Figma cache2. Run Figma with disabled GPU acceleration3. Update your graphics drivers4. Reset/Reinstall with full cleanup Please Help me in this !!! 

I use a Lenovo tablet with Android OS, and I use figma with de chrome app, when i hover onto the workstation of figma my cursor suddenly changes size and i can’t find a way to change it. Had enyone have this problem before? 

Hi! I'm working on a prototype for an e-commerce site, and I've added some information inside dropdowns. However, I'm not sure how to make the screen adjust dynamically when I open or close those dropdowns.Right now, I want the dropdowns to start closed, and only open when the user clicks on them. I have each dropdown set up with Auto Layout, and it works well if I keep the screen frame at a large height — as if all dropdowns were already open. But when I close them while the frame still has that large height, the prototype ends up with extra empty scrolling space.How can I make the screen size adapt automatically when dropdowns are opened or closed? I tried putting the whole screen in Auto Layout, but then scrolling stops working. I'm kind of lost. Let me know if something i wrote its not understandable. Has any one tried using Claude Cowork with Figma yet, and how did it work for you? Have you had issues with it making changes where it shouldn’t, and any ideas on how to mitigate that? Any experience to share is appreciated - thank you! 

Hi, I’m trying to import some .fig files and am getting an “Internal error during import” message whenever I try to import them. I tried importing on both the desktop app and the browser version and get the same error each time. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Okay, our team have a similiar problem as this topic where hundreds and hundreds of item are suddenly modified without clarity about what being changed.But whats worse is, just by today morning, my lead told me that yesterday i published a whole library without his approval. complete with my name on the version history.The thing is I never done it. we suspect that it might caused by some shortcut. but even the alt+3 shortcut is not auto publishing it all, it still brings up the publishing window and for sure i did not touch alt+3 for any use whatsoever, that is because usually i don’t remember the shortcuts and prefer the ctrl slash anyway. and at the time of the log I was not opening Figma in the foreground at all.I feel like I’m going crazy. Espescially because its my name on the line. What may have caused this? 

First am i wrong or what why when i ask figma to make me a car game it turns out to not be good. It’s not all the time and i just saw this so i don’t know its just put this on a sticky note and try it later. Say make me a drift racing game with no cars and no track and make sure there is variety in colors of cars. If this gets popular then pls do not advertise this is a question

I am getting a message that says “Library assets may need to be republished for modename mode to show.” There is also a little icon next to the mode name in all of my files when selecting a palette mode. We use a single design system file that has all of our variables and the other palettes don’t seem to have the same problem. The error message is not very helpful and I have cleaned up all of the files and resolved everything I can find but this message never goes away. Can anyone help me understand what is going on? I have included a couple of images as an example of what I am seeing.

I have used Figma AI (First Draft) to generate a design, and I'm looking at the generated pages. However, I am stuck in the AI interface and cannot find the "Close" button or the "Actions menu" close icon to return to the standard Figma Design editor.I want to edit the layers, text, and colors manually, but the AI sidebar is still active and covering my layers panel. Where exactly is the button to "Finalize" the design and open it in the regular editor? Is there a keyboard shortcut to exit the First Draft view? Do I need to "Save" or "Export" this draft to a new file to start manual editin

Hi everyone,I’m hoping to learn from others’ experiences with Figma’s licensing and billing model.Recently, Figma identified 6 additional seats in our organization based on what they say is our approvals data. Unfortunately, we had mistakenly approved those licenses, and only afterward realized the impact: the added seats represent a significant cost increase (thousands of dollars) for our org.What’s been frustrating is that:We don’t have full clarity on how Figma determined the need for these seats We don’t actually need these additional licenses going forward Despite this, we’ve been told we can’t cancel them and would be charged for the next three quarters of usageFrom our perspective, this feels unfair — especially since the approval was unintentional and the licenses won’t be used.I wanted to ask:Has anyone else run into a similar situation? I’ve been using Cmd+V to paste URL to highlighted text, thinking it creates a hyperlink. It is one of the methods listed in a Figma Learn article regarding link creation, under “Use paste in place”. When I do this, the highlighted text gets underlined, which looks exactly like actual hyperlinks.  However, today I realised they don’t behave like one. Instead, they are just regular underlined text. Is there a way to retrieve all the URLs I’ve pasted into these text? I’ve linked many resources this way and I hope they haven’t been lost.

I’m trying to the enterprise package, to get this I have to contact sales which I have done 3 times now but no response. Can anyone help with this? I’m trying to get this done asap and its proving to be quite a tedious process.  

Two frames on same page: Desktop 1 (long page with Tariffs block) and Desktop 2.On Desktop 2 button "Tariffs". Need: click → open Desktop 1 → scroll to Tariffs block.What I did: Created small anchor frame inside Desktop 1 above Tariffs. Set Navigate to → Desktop 1. Scroll to option either missing or shows frames from Desktop 2 instead of Desktop 1. Tried: dragging blue node, adjusting frame height, disabling Clip content, restarting. No fix.Question: How to reliably link from one frame to another and scroll to an internal element? Known bug or workaround?I'm a beginner, this is my first project in Figma. It is what it is.. burn points on sessionsn changes points are taken notr refunded nand then you have an unsaved sessions reverting back to a previous sessions this beats the wheel of death but is a never ending money buring issues that needs to be addressed cheers guys

I created a banner using Figma Site with a video background and a text with a video fill as well. It would look like this: (don’t mind the CTA buttons) Problems:the video in the text would not start, it would just be a static image. while the video background would play in preview. if I added Inner Shadow that shadow would not register at all on preview. After some tinkering, the text would not even show up in the preview at all.Video Settings are on default:Autoplay - onLoop - onShow Playback controls - offMute - onI’m stumped in trying to troubleshoot this. Anyone has an idea I can try? Also, I have paid account.

I'm finding that whenever I try to drop an embedded iframe (URL or HTML embed) into a component, it does not let me. If I try to create a component out of a frame with something that has an iframe embed within it the iframe just pops out of the component.  This is really frustrating to be because a core layout component I have includes an embed. Now half my site will have to be disconnected.  Figma Sites never shows an error (if should if this is the intended interaction). Is this a glitch?? Does anyone know a workaround?

Hi! How many days does it take for plugins to be published in current days? I sent my plugin (ColorAssociation) to review on April 19th. It's been 19 days since then, and I haven't heard anything yet. Please, how can I find out when my plugin will be published? I'm kinda missing deadlines for my project(.However, I noticed that the plugin icons and images have loaded and the plugin have appeared in the browser version in my account. I assume this means it's in the final stages of review? or they just forgot to publish it? 

I am on a free version, and I enter in the AI what I want for wireframes.  However, it always comes back with a flow chart!  Do I need to upgrade? Is there a way around this… I asked AI and I am not getting anywhere.Please help.
