I was charged today, July 14 with billing date of June 27 to July 27, for an unwanted Figma subscription that I haven't used in about three weeks. My open ticket number is #2014086. I thought I had canceled this earlier, but I just finalized the cancellation today.
Could someone please help me with a refund? Also, how long does it typically take to receive a response and have the refund processed?
