For the second month in a row, Figma Make has consumed credits without producing any usable output. Instead, the project appears to revert to its previous state.
I reported this issue previously, but the response from customer support was generic and did not confirm whether the technical team was able to identify the cause. Instead, I was told the issue was likely related to my internet connection, despite there being no conclusive evidence supporting that explanation.
Figma has also refused to refund the credits consumed during these failed attempts, even though no usable output was produced. This means I am being charged for a service that was not successfully delivered.
At this point, I would not recommend Figma Make until the product becomes more reliable and Figma adopts a more reasonable approach to resolving credit-related issues. It is a valuable tool when it works properly, but the continued loss of credits without receiving the expected output is making the service increasingly costly and difficult to justify.
