How can I make sure the finished mobile app looks and works like the original Figma design?

Hello,I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Figma file, all images are visible correctly on the main file (figma canvas) but no longer appear in Prototype/Present mode. This issue is currently blocking my work and has a direct impact on my project, so I would appreciate your help in treating this as a priority. The important point is that the Prototype was working perfectly before I started working with Figma Make. All images, logos, cards, and other visual elements were rendering correctly in Preview/Present mode.  After working on the project, the issue appeared.I initially suspected that Figma Make or my Visual Studio workflow might have caused it, so I tested older versions of the file from before the Figma Make work. However, the same issue now occurs even in those older versions.I have already tested:  * Chrome, Incognito mode and another browsers* Another device* Different networks* Older versions of the file* Removing scrolling and fixed positioning* Clip content OFF* Auto Lay

When pasting a shortened link on the first line of an annotation, the edit link preview covers the buttons at the top of the annotation. I either have to add a period to the start of the line or remove the link if I need to delete the annotation or change its category.

Hi, I'm trying to build a list component with slots, and I want to control the items' size from the parent element so that all items are consistent and container logic can be applied. So I've connected the variables on the size for each building block inside the item (icon, title, description...) then I applied the size mode on the parent frame (list compoent)It works well when I change the mode directly, but it resets the content when using the variants. What did I do wrong?I know one solution may be to remove the variants and use the modes directly, but I'd really like to keep the property more visible and easier to track in library analytics.Thank you.

I have 3 images that I am trying to animate on FigmaMotion, a simple change in position to make it seem like they are floating. When I view the preview, it is completely laggy and does not look like what it does in the file. Does anyone have any issues with this?

My Starter team’s Usage panel shows “20 available” monthly MCP tool calls, but reading a shared design file through the Figma integration in Codex returns a Starter quota-limit error. The upgrade link in the error refers to a different team.Could a Figma Support Specialist arrange a private support case to confirm which quota is applied and its exact reset date and timezone? I can provide account and file details privately.

Hi Figma Support Team,I am using a Figma Professional plan, and I am facing an issue with my account sessions.Whenever I log in to my Figma account on my second laptop, it automatically logs me out of my first laptop. I then have to log in again on the first laptop.I am also seeing the message “Some of your sessions were logged out” when this happens. I have attached a screenshot of the error message for your reference.Could you please help me understand why this is happening and provide a solution? I need to use my Figma Professional account on both laptops without being logged out repeatedly. Please let me know if there are any account settings or security steps I need to change to resolve this issue. To clarify, I am using the same Figma account/email on both laptops. I am not switching between different Figma accounts. The issue is that when I log in to my Figma account on my second laptop, my existing session on my first laptop gets logged out automatically. I then have to log in aga

When using Find & Replace with Arabic text, Figma always navigates to the first matching result starting from the left side of the canvas. For RTL languages such as Arabic, I’d expect the navigation order to follow the reading direction and start from the right side instead. This becomes especially noticeable in flows where screens are arranged from right to left, as Find & Replace jumps to a screen on the opposite end of the flow first. It would be helpful if result navigation respected the text or document direction for RTL languages.

Please add the “auto” value to the gap in the grid layout. The “auto” value can be applied to flex layouts but not to grid layouts 😁.

How should I create the main screen of a social media app where users see posts from other people?

Love what you've built with Motion, using it almost every day.One thing that slows me down is the lack of native audio support. Having to render and add audio in a separate tool gets cumbersome, especially when working in bulk.Would love to see that integrated down the road! Also, any plans for HTML exports?I've looked at plugins but they feel a bit pricey and not very intuitive. Keep up the great work! Peace ✌

Ask Support1:11 PMHi! I'm Figma's AI Support Agent.Ask me a question. I'll help you solve it or get you to the right place.figma app only shows white screen not even loadin buttinsA white screen in the Figma desktop app can happen for a few reasons — let's work through some quick fixes. Are you using the desktop app on Windows or Mac?In the meantime, here are some things you can try:Force-quit the Figma desktop app and relaunch it. Clear the desktop app cache — this often resolves white screen issues. If you're on Windows and still see a white or black screen after clearing cache, right-click the Figma icon in your system tray, go to Troubleshooting, and uncheck Prefer High-Performance GPU .If the white screen is happening in a specific file rather than the whole app, it may be caused by image memory — let me know and I can walk you through opening the file in thumbnail mode .1:14 PM0x80004005 error is givenThat error code can appear when the Figma desktop app has trouble launching pro

Hi Figma Support/Community,I’m seeing a recurring charge for a Figma subscription on my credit card, but I’m unable to identify which Figma account/email address the subscription is associated with.I have checked the Figma accounts I’m aware of, but I cannot find the subscription or billing history under any of them.Could someone please guide me on how I can identify the Figma account associated with this payment?I can provide the following details privately if required:Date of the charge - 13th september 2026 (8:07pm) Amount charge - 2072.34 INRI would appreciate your help in locating the account and stopping/correcting the subscription if necessary.Thank you.

The recent figma autolayout update has brought up conflicting emotions. From one point it’s great that the autolayout would work closer to code, but on the other hand for teams that do more complex projects than Web UI, this creates a loooot of issues. 3 things in particular, that I know for sure, will break what we've been using in case of complex layouts:"Padding now always gets the room it needs" - Often when necessary, I relied on the fact that you can set auto-layout frame size to 0 and add paddings inside to allow precise position of elements without affecting the size and position parent and sibling frames. Now that won't be possible. "Inside strokes counting in autolayout" - again pretty sure this will break layouts where inside stroke was used. "Stacks with gap set to auto no longer overlap" - A lot of cases it's better to have parent in the desired size than have the parent rely on the children. Then we will get uneven distances and paddings in some cases. All of this would

I’ve been experiencing this issue for several weeks now, and it’s starting to make Figma Motion impossible to use. Within Figma Motion, the colours display correctly (for example, #4D0020), but after exporting, the resulting videos appear noticeably darker (#4D000B).This colour shift significantly impacts the output quality and makes the tool unreliable for production work. I’m hoping this can be resolved as soon as possible, as the tooling and UI are otherwise excellent and very intuitive to use.If anyone has found a workaround or solution, I’d really appreciate hearing about it.

I’m using Figma desktop app on a mac. When I apply the glass effect on a UI frame in file 2, a strange dark border appears. When I apply the same glass effect on the exact same UI frame in file 1 (my component library), a strange dark border appears. Can someone help me troubleshoot this pls?? Thank you!!

I’ve been thinking about how much difference good file organization can make when working on a design project. For example, how do you usually organize your Figma files and pages? Do you have a specific naming system for layers, components, and sections, or do you keep things more flexible?I’d be interested to hear what organization habits other designers have found useful, especially when multiple people need to work on the same file.

Hey everyone. I would like you to consider the text animation feature in Figma Motion. What I mean by text animation is animating text either word by word, or character by character, like the kind of animation we see in Saas promo videos. With other effects to the text like gradient color change that moves along the text reveal. That would be really cool :))

I studied a master's program where we had to use Figma as a team, so we created a shared team from a classmate's account. The program has now ended and I assume she removed me from the team, but it doesn't seem to have worked properly, because it still appears in my list of teams. I'd like to leave it, but the whole screen is blank and there are no options. I've tried it in Chrome on Windows and in Safari on Mac. If possible, could someone please remove me from that team?

I wasn’t sure how to make some interactions, so I ended up prompting Figma Make to make them happen, but now I can’t get everything out to edit. Do you know how I can do this without paying for a code converter to convert the code back into a Figma deisgn?
