We’ve been using Figma Design for a while now to host interactive presentations via embeds. Earlier this week something changed in our Enterprise Account setup and we no longer can add any embeds. Is this related with the setup only or are embeds not supported anymore under certain conditions?

The design appears correctly in the Figma editor, but when I export it as a PDF, some images are rendered in black, and certain design elements become misaligned and overlap. PDF exports were working correctly before this issue occurred. Duplicating the original file after the issue appeared does not resolve the problem. Exporting as PNG works correctly. The same PDF export issue occurs in Google Chrome. I have tried restarting the browser and Figma, exporting individual pages, and setting the PDF export quality to High, but the issue persists. Could you please investigate whether this issue is related to the PDF generation or rendering process?

I uploaded a variable font in Figma’s settings several weeks ago, and it had been working without any issues. Two or three days ago, I noticed that text links in my prototypes were switching to Inter when hovered. I uninstalled and reinstalled the variable font, tried the non-variable version, and even rebuilt some components—which I really don’t want to be doing this close to launch. Nothing fixed the issue.A few hours later, it suddenly resolved itself without me making any further changes, so I’m not sure what happened.Today, the problem has returned. I noticed that the uploaded font was no longer listed in Settings, so I uploaded it again. I’m the only person with access to my account, so nobody else could have removed it.After installing the font, I restarted Figma. I can now see all the standard variations of the variable font under “Your uploaded fonts,” but the font still disappears from some hover states in prototype mode. Figma displays the message: “Some missing fonts were re

SummaryA recent Figma Make update has removed the "Copy design" button from the top toolbar. The action is now buried inside the Edit mode. For a workflow this central and frequent but hard to find now, that is a clear regression, and I would ask the team to restore the button as a persistent control. What changedUntil recently, "Copy design" was always visible at the top of the Make interface: one click, then paste into a Figma Design file. Now you must click "Edit" in the top-right of the preview, find the small Copy design icon in the floating toolbar, choose "Whole page", and only then can you paste. Opening Edit also brings up the Page styles panel, which clutters the workspace when all you actually wanted was to copy a screen. Why this is a step backwardsExtra clicks for a high-frequency action. Moving Make previews into Design as editable layers is a core loop, not an occasional editing task. It ought to be one click. Discoverability. The button is effectively hidden — several use

I ran two AI operations this morning.  They both took an abnormally long time.  One of them cost me 1,332 AI credits!  The other one was 722 credits.  Is something broken? Here is the prompt I ran.  I got this out of ChatGPT - it was a cleanup of an already existing desgn. This one cost me 1332 credits.  I’;ll paste the other prompt below this one.  That one cost 722 credits.  CLASSY AGENT AGENT ONBOARDING DASHBOARDFINAL UX + TRAINING REFINEMENTIMPORTANT:The current Agent Onboarding Dashboard is APPROVED.DO NOT redesign this page.DO NOT change the overall Classy Agent Admin visual language. This task is a targeted refinement of the existing dashboard.Use the CURRENT DASHBOARD as the canonical Classy Agent Admin designstandard.Preserve its:- Warm off-white / cream page surfaces- Dark forest-green primary actions- Pale mint active / NEXT states- Pale warm-yellow Next Up card- Soft neutral borders- Dark primary text- Muted gray secondary text- Restrained professional appearance- Existing t

Hello Figma Support Team,I'm experiencing a font detection issue in Figma on Windows. Sandoll Cloud fonts and Adobe Fonts suddenly stopped appearing in Figma, even though they were working normally until the evening of October 13, 2026.I would appreciate your help investigating this issue.1. Issue descriptionUntil the evening of October 13, 2026, I was able to use my subscribed Sandoll Cloud fonts in Figma without any problems. However, the next day, these fonts suddenly became unavailable. The issue affects both Sandoll Cloud fonts and Adobe Fonts. For example, when I select text using SD Minburi, a font included in my active Sandoll Cloud subscription, Figma displays a yellow “A?” warning icon next to the font name. When I search for the font in the font picker, Figma returns “No matching fonts.”The font is also missing from the “Installed by you” font list.2. I built a VectorStock plugin for Figma—would love your feedbackHi everyone! I’m a Figma user and part of the VectorStock team. I’ve been working on bringing our SVG vector library into Figma, and I’m happy to share the new plugin with you.It lets you search for illustrations, icons, logo elements and other editable artwork, then add them directly to your Figma file. There are 1M+ free SVGs, alongside a larger collection of paid assets. You can search with keywords or describe the subject, style and colours you have in mind using AI-powered search. This helps you find existing artwork, which you can then recolour, resize and customise in Figma.Try VectorStock for FigmaHopefully it’s useful in your workflow. I’d love to hear what you think—particularly anything that feels awkward, features you’d like added, or ways we could improve the search. We’ll do our best to take your suggestions on board. Thanks for taking a look 🙂

Hi everyone!I'm using Figma Weave with Seedance 2.5 Reference through the official Figma MCP integration in Codex. My Canvas workflow is connected to an Output node and exposed as a Tool. The agent can pass updated prompts and reference files through MCP and successfully generate videos. However, the Canvas and the Tool view I have open in my browser still show the previous setup. I cannot visually inspect or edit the actual inputs used for those MCP runs without replacing the prompt and reference files manually.I understand that creating and editing Weave workflows through the official MCP is not currently supported.Has anyone found a practical way to:• Open an MCP run in the UI with its exact prompt, reference files, settings, and output?• Restore or duplicate that run into an editable Canvas?• Keep the agent's runs and the browser workflow aligned without manually rebuilding the setup?Would using a separate workflow or published Tool for each scene help?I've already emailed Weave supp

Hi everyone. I built Sourceline because Figma shows a component's variants, but not which of your team's files use it. People have asked for this in Suggest a feature since 2021: https://forum.figma.com/suggest-a-feature-11/see-where-component-is-used-find-component-instances-across-files-17758 Sourceline is a widget you place next to a main component in your library file. It shows:How many team files and instances use the component Which of those files are active, quiet, or inactive A High, Medium, or Low impact badge, before you publish a change Every file that uses it, latest edit first, with its Dev Mode statusYou set it up once per library file. Results are saved in the file, so teammates see them without signing in. Later scans read only the files that changed. Two limits to know: the first scan takes about 4 minutes for every 60 files, because of Figma's API rate limit, and instances nested inside other instances are counted where their main component lives. It's free: https://www

Hey everyone!I've been considering switching to Figma for my design work, and before fully committing to it, I'd love to hear from people who have been using it for a while.I'm trying to understand what using Figma is actually like in practice, beyond the features and tutorials. What do you love most about it? What makes your workflow easier or faster? And just as importantly, what frustrates you, what feels unnecessarily complicated, or what do you wish you had known before getting started?I'm also curious whether there are any limitations you've run into over time, especially when collaborating with others, managing design systems, or working on larger projects. If you could go back to when you first started using Figma, would you make the same decision again? Is there anything you'd do differently?I'd really appreciate hearing your honest experiences, both the good and the bad. I'm trying to make an informed decision before moving my workflow over.

Figma recently launched the feature for a grid to automatically add/remove rows depending on the content that’s actually in there.  Unfortunately it’s not working for me, and I haven’t seen anyone else talking about it. Let’s say I have a component with a grid, and it has about 4 rows worth of cards inside. When I use the instance of this component and hide 1 row’s worth of cards, the grid initially shrinks in height to hug the remaining 3 rows visible. But a few minutes later the instance will pop back to the height of 4 rows, leaving an empty row. If I toggle hide/show on the cards it will force Figma to recalculate the height and hug again, but then the same thing will happen again 2 minutes later.  The inverse is also true; if I include hidden extra cards in my component, and turn them on in the instance, the grid will initially grow in height to accomodate the extra cards, but later shrink again to the original number of rows, causing the extra cards to overflow the frame.

I’m interested in tools that solve a real, frustrating problem or save significant time—not another generic AI design tool. What task do you still find yourself doing manually that you wish a plugin could handle?

我是教育版本的，通过figma agent上传字体后哪里可以删除上传的字体？

We’re seeing a difference between extending a published variable collection through the Plugin API and through Figma’s UI.Our test library contains one number variable with a value of 8. In a second file:Using Extend collection manually works: the inherited variable appears and is included in the mode’s JSON export.Using await figma.variables.extendLibraryCollectionByKeyAsync(collectionKey, name) creates the extension, but it shows “No variables in this collection.” Its JSON export contains only parent/mode metadata—no token.Interestingly, the Plugin API reports the inherited variable and correctly resolves its value to 8. We also successfully wrote an explicit override of 8 to the extension’s mode, but the collection still appeared empty. We reproduced this with a minimal plugin, without logging, storage, or post-creation reads. Reopening the file and recreating the extension didn’t help.Is there an additional initialization step required, or is this a bug in how API-created extensions

Hey @ksn I am facing the same problem, my first and last name are reversed and I can’t edit the last name in the ticket management page any more. Please help!

Hi Figma Community Support Team,I need urgent help with my Config 26 India in-person registration scheduled for 15 October 2026 in Bengaluru.I had my original ticket QR code, but while logging in to check my registration details, I unexpectedly saw a message stating that my ticket had been cancelled. I did not intentionally cancel my ticket. Now, whenever I try to log in, I receive the error: “Your account is incomplete. Please complete your registration and try again.” The registration page also shows that in-person applications are closed.I have already raised a support request (Ticket ID: #2195378) and contacted Figma through Instagram, but I haven't received a resolution yet.I need to travel approximately 40 km to attend the event, so I urgently need confirmation about whether my original QR code is still valid.Could someone from the Figma team please escalate this to the Config India registration team and help verify my ticket status? If it was cancelled accidentally, I would be ex

Hey team, my first and last names are reversed in my Config india 2026 ticket, the event requires govt id to match with the last name. I am unable to update the last name in the profile/ticket management page. Please help me in fixing this.

A kind of "template style" suddenly appeared in my presentation - two pink stripes that I can't get rid of in any way. This is what it looks like in reality. Slides should be white, without any motif, without any elements. There is no such thing in the preview;

Hi Figma Team, I am registered for Config India 2026, but my last name field is locked. My registered name currently shows as Yasaswini P, but my complete legal name on my government photo ID is Yasaswini Padamati. I want to ensure my badge matches my ID exactly so there are no issues during check-in. Could a moderator please help me update my name on the backend? Thank you!

Anybody else really dislike, that when you copy paste a link into FigJam there are horizontal and vertical options for how the link is displayed, but the size is not changeable? Why not? It is usually too big to fit in nicely and could be so simple to make the size adjustable.Hope this can be changed by the FigJam Devs!

Filed a new ticket with all details I can provide.

I’m experiencing a prototype interaction bug across multiple Figma files. The visual elements remain in their correct positions, but their interactive/click areas are being automatically displaced or repositioned, causing the hit areas to appear somewhere else on the canvas. For example, in the attached screenshot, the Delete icon and Continue button are visually positioned correctly, but their corresponding blue interaction areas are significantly offset from the actual elements. This seems to happen with elements that have prototype interactions linking to another page/frame. The interaction areas appear to move or scroll independently from the elements they are supposed to be attached to.Expected behavior:The interaction/click area should remain aligned with the corresponding element and move together with it.Actual behavior:The interaction area becomes displaced from the visual element, sometimes appearing in a completely different position within the frame. This issue is occurring acr

Hi Figma Support Team,I’m experiencing an issue with the Layers panel in Figma.Previously, I could select multiple Frames and then use the Ctrl key while collapsing one of the selected Frames. This would collapse all the selected Frames at once. However, this behavior no longer works. Now, when I select multiple Frames and try to collapse one of them using the same method, only that particular Frame gets collapsed while the other selected Frames remain expanded. This was a very useful workflow for quickly organizing and managing large Figma files.Could you please confirm whether this behavior has been intentionally changed in a recent Figma update, or if this is a bug?If the feature has been changed, please let me know if there is an alternative shortcut or method to collapse all selected Frames simultaneously. Thanks for your help.
