made appointment and no one called

Hi there, 

 

I made an appointment and heard nothing from the agent. I emailed and have no other way to ask about why the appointment didn’t happen. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi ​@Brainopedia - apologies if you’ve had a delay in response.

I want to make sure I understand correctly when you mention an “appointment” -- we do not currently provide those.

Did you mean that you filed a support ticket? I don’t currently see any active support tickets with the email you have associated with your Figma account. Were you by chance trying to reach out to SheerID?

Please let me know if you used a different email address.

not an appointment with the support community but with an organizer of a meeting regarding sales for my account. I don’t want to call out a certain agent but was confirmed aka “Confirmed Invitee Information”I signed up for the appointment on their schedule and nothing happened at that time.

Got it - thank you for clarifying. Can you PM me more details on who you have been in contact with so far? Please don’t worry about ‘calling out’ anyone - this info can help me find out who I can touch base with to make sure they received your request (or get a status update). It sounds like something may have fallen through the cracks, and I want to make sure to get you an update.


Also, please let me know the date your originally began conversations with them. That may also provide some context as well. Thank you!
