You don't have access to this file

Have seen posts about this elsewhere with replies only about escalating to engineering so basically no solutions.

I’m the file owner, the file opens, I can work on it for about 10 secs then I get the message and am blocked out.

Help?

Hello, when I open one of my files I can work in it properly for about 10sec and after that the screen goes gray and there is an orange box telling me 'You don’t have access to this file
'. I dont understand why this is happening and have changed my password etc. Nobody should have access to this file other than me.

I really hope someone can help me soon because this is very important for me.

I was working well with my Figma slides, and all the sudden i started to get “you don’t have access to this file” error. I tried moving around the doc to private space etc. nothing worked.

I can see the slides for like 30 sec and everything goes away with an error.
I made and edited the slides, how can i not have access to these files…

Hi @y_toku, I have the same issue today. Yesterday it still worked, and to today I’m getting the error message.

I don’t have access to the file that are my own neither to the files that have been shared with me and I’ve been working on them collaboratively with my colleagues.
I have a paid account.

Hi there! I still have this issue. I can work for a few seconds that the artboards are hidden and I get the same message.

Multiple of my files in the depth project folder of my account are showing error ‘You don’t have access to this file’.

The other posts on this topic suggest to create a new post. Please look into it.

Same, also members of my team. Even though I am admin, owner of couple of files, and have full access rights… lol

I faced this error as well — my recent files are not loading in Figma, my or shared files are kicking me with “You don’t have access to this file”

I am having this problem also. I’ve tried clearing the cache and restarting, I’ve restarted my computer and I cannot access any of my files.

I’ve saved a log but I can’t attach it to this reply.
