Hello Figma Team,I’m experiencing a critical issue with my Figma design files. Whenever I open any existing or new file, the canvas is completely blacked out, making it impossible to view any designs. However, the left sidebar, right sidebar, top left, and center toolbar are all visible.Additionally, when I share the file link with others, my profile is not visible, and the collaborative mode does not appear to be active.Please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Just wanted to let you know that I’ve been using 8 as the big nudge amount for years, and now using Figma Slides for the first time, I noticed the nudge amount was 10 - meaning it was not shared from the normal files/figjam to Slides.I was able to change it in the preferences, but it was weird that it was not the same.

When I enter my project, the images disappear, and I can't even save a layout.Does anyone know how I can solve this issue?Thanks

Before and after.It ruins whole setting and instead of couple clicks, to just remove unwanted library of style in my file, I have to spend an hour controlling 100 slides. So that they look as intented 😭

Hello, I am currently writing a software that recognises color differences. In my unit tests I am passing rgb values (i.e. blue: 0, 0, 255)I tried to do some smoke tests with some images exported with figma. To my surprise my tests were failing, meaning the colors were not the same/accurate or there was a bug in my code.To triple check I did not have a bug I’ve imported in Figma the exported images, used the color picker and yes Figma confirmed it to me as well. Here my export settings:Color profile: sRGB (this was basically the only option, selected by default) Quality: High Image Resampling: Detailed. Could this be because of the color profile used while exporting? Does this happen to you as well? Is this supposed to be like this? 

Regular draft created by me just gone. The trash is clean. Is it possible that somebody hacked me and deleted it? Is it possible to restore this file?

Hi! I'm trying to follow the steps below to be able to export the CSV files from my Library, and I just can't. All the types of error you could imagine are happening now. Tried with different files and different figma tokens as well. With that said, is the Library API working properly? is there any other guidance?

The arrow is missing its position on frame while in show-mode via Figma Prototyping. Reboot etc. didn’t work. Recreating the frames didn't work

Hi,I’ve recently come across what I believe is a bug in Figma when prototyping and switching the appearance of hidden areas within the design on and off using a boolean appearance switcher. Areas within the hidden sections are now also hidden intermittently. These areas were all working previously across the whole prototype.Has anybody else had a similar issue recently with nested layers not displaying when the container layer is being switched on and off using a boolean on/off switcher within a prototype?

My project is showing this error every time I try to publish. I tried going back to an older version that worked for new publications, but this error keeps persisting.

A design file I created in January disappeared after the last update. I can’t find it anywhere, neither in drafts, nor in trash, nor in team projects. I have no other accounts. The search shows nothing. The desktop version of Figma doesnt differ from the web one. My project disappeared as if it had never existed.

I used the ‘remove background’ feature on an image, but in presentation mode, the background still shows upin the slides:in presentation, the white background still shows up: 

I am encountering an “issue” with instance swapping, tho I think it might be linked to a new feature rather than being an actual bug.I want to replace a component (radio button) from a specific Design System library with a similar one from another, also published library, but I am unable to, as the component does not show up in the “choose instance” swapping menu.It seems components that I have, at some point, duplicated and modified to fit the constraint of that Design System’s brand guidelines (color and shape) is considered the same, even tho they aren’t.I am now forced to rebuild new components from scratch instead of simply swapping them. It’s tedious and especially annoying when it worked fine previously.These are similar components from different libraries. Figma considers the darker version as an update to the first, when they are from completely different libraries.Please help or fix thanks

Issue when using % to set the line height for text.The issue does not seem to be related to any particular typeface/font.Currently when the font size is above 95px, the line height in %, behaves as expected and adjusts per 1% increment. When its below 95px, it starts to skip a percent (around 91-94%) here and there. The bigger issue is when using smaller font sizes (e.g 12-20 px). Line height isn’t adjusting per 1% increments but skips to about 5-7% increments. Expected behaviour is for it to be consistent and adjust per 1% increment at any font size; just like when using pixels to adjust the line height, where it adjust per 1px increment.Is this a known issue? If not when can a possible fix be implemented ?

Here's the exact scenario: I created a button component using Auto Layout that contains an icon and text. I set up properties for this component to allow swapping the icon and editing the text. When I go to another page and attempt to insert an instance of this component from the Assets panel, I see the option to insert it. However, the insert dialogue does not offer me the ability to change the text or swap the icon directly before inserting the instance. After inserting the instance on the canvas, I can adjust the properties as expected, but my goal is to make these changes at the point of insertion. Steps to reproduce : Create a simple Figma plugin that listens to the "documentchange" event and logs the changes. Create a Figma node using figma.createNodeFromSvg(). Delete the created node (using “node.remove()”) and recreate it Press Undo (Cmd+Z / Ctrl+Z). Observe the console: the "documentchange" event no longer triggers after the undo action. + Error is logged (Internal Figma error: Unknown node type for node in getPublicNodeType) 

Hello Figma Support Team,We recently encountered an issue with our Figma subscription renewal. Our team initially had two seats, but shortly before the renewal date, one of our team members left the company. As a result, we had one assigned seat and one available seat.Yesterday, our annual subscription was automatically renewed for two seats, even though we only needed one. We did not intend to renew the second seat, and it has remained unused.Since the charge was processed less than 24 hours ago, we are requesting an urgent partial refund for the extra seat that we do not need. We kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this as soon as possible.Please let us know how we can proceed with this request. 

Has anyone else have both monthly and annual subscription on there account? I’m the only user so it can’t be for another seat. I’m being charged £16.80 (around $22USD) a month when I already paid £158.40 (around $204 USD) back in June Last year.  Your monthly subscription renews on March 25, 2025 and your annual subscription renews on June 25, 2025. We'll notify you beforehand. I’ve tried contacting support twice already over the last 2 months, but never had any reply (and yes, I’ve checked my spam folder). Thanks!

Hello, I’m experiencing as issue while trying to update a library in Figma. The publishing process almost completes but then gets stuck on the last 32 changes. I receive the following error: “Unable to publish 32 changes to the team library”.Could you please help me resolve this?Thank you!

I cant access my own design file which i had worked around 2-3 months ago.Is there any fix for this issue?

I was conducting a usability test using a Figma prototype. It was a remote session on teams, so I sent the link to the participant and they opened the prototype in Microsoft Edge. The prototype loaded, however the participant was not able to click on any of the interactive buttons, it just wouldn’t work. I think tried on Chrome and it was fine. Can some help me troubleshoot the issue with Edge?
