I just tried to replicate this issue in the desktop app and the browser, but the Contact Support option is working as expected on my end. Are you still having issue?

Hey - thanks for replying. It does indeed seem to be working now on the desktop app, so I’ll try use that.
That said I’ve just checked the browser, and it’s still not working. I’m already logged in, so if I go to figma.com it loads my available projects as the go to splash page. Then clicking on the question mark icon → Contact Support - nothing happens. The menu just closes and nothing happens. I’ve double checked that ad blockers etc are turned off, in case that’s the cause.
I also note that clicking on the Contact Support button doesn’t produce any errors or warning in the developer console.
Let me know if I can provide any other info to help troubleshoot - I guess if I’m having this issue then others will be too.

Glad to hear it’s working again on the desktop app. To be transparent, Figma is not fully supported on Brave yet. Other users have reported that Brave may block certain features if your shields are on. We recommend turning off shields for figma.com. Let us know if that helps at all.
