Contact support button doesn't work on both desktop app and web app

As per the description. After logging into your account and clicking on the question mark on the bottom right (both desktop and web app), the menu pops up with options. Click on “Contact Support” closes the menu, but takes no further action.

Running version 125.5.6 on Mac OS Sequoia 15.5.

Using Brave Brave 1.79.118 (Official Build) (arm64) / Chromium: 137.0.7151.61

Trying to report a more significant security issue I’ve come across, but alas can’t even contact support directly about it.

Hi ​@AAP, thanks for reaching out and flagging this! 

I just tried to replicate this issue in the desktop app and the browser, but the Contact Support option is working as expected on my end. Are you still having issue?

Hey - thanks for replying. It does indeed seem to be working now on the desktop app, so I’ll try use that.

That said I’ve just checked the browser, and it’s still not working. I’m already logged in, so if I go to figma.com it loads my available projects as the go to splash page. Then clicking on the question mark icon → Contact Support - nothing happens. The menu just closes and nothing happens. I’ve double checked that ad blockers etc are turned off, in case that’s the cause. 

I also note that clicking on the Contact Support button doesn’t produce any errors or warning in the developer console.

Let me know if I can provide any other info to help troubleshoot - I guess if I’m having this issue then others will be too.

Thanks for the additional context, ​@AAP

Glad to hear it’s working again on the desktop app. To be transparent, Figma is not fully supported on Brave yet. Other users have reported that Brave may block certain features if your shields are on. We recommend turning off shields for figma.com. Let us know if that helps at all.
