Do not see AI feature with Pro/ Full account

Hello awesome Figma makers, 
I’ve just upgraded to a pro account with full seat, but do not see the AI option in both iOS app and browser.  

In browser, there is an icon which looks like AI, but it seems to be a menu navigator only. 
I’ve also enabled AI in the admin settings.

If you’ve already upgraded to a Figma Professional plan, you should have access to AI features in supported files. That said, it’s always worth giving your tab a quick refresh — sometimes that helps trigger access when features aren’t showing up right away.

To help pinpoint what’s going on, could you confirm which product you're working in — Figma Design, FigJam, Slides, Sites, or Buzz? The AI features vary slightly depending on the tool. For example:

  • In Figma Design, you might see options like rename layers, make an image, or remove background.
  • In Figma Slides, you could try rewrite this or shorten.
  • In FigJam, look out for sticky note summarization or sorting.
